Worst Walgreens I have ever had the displeasure to spend my hard earned money. The staff is unprofessional and borderline rude. They behave as if I am bothering them by entering the store and needing assistance. They have two or three people at the front counter who pretend they don't see you standing there patiently waiting for help.Let me tell you I am a faithful Walgreens customer. I usually love perusing the aisles and shopping the sales, but this store...(I'll let you fill in the blank).Not only do they make you feel unwelcome, the shelves are barely stocked, I don't think they are labeling the sale items, and there is always something wrong with my prescription requests.At this point, I don't know if I am going to transfer my prescriptions to another location, SHOUT-OUT TO RODNEY PARHAM, or find a new pharmacy. It is abundantly clear this Walgreens manager is not supervising their team and they are not being trained. Of course one of the unhelpful staff members may be the manager :(

Nearly everything here is overpriced compared to Walmart or Target. Even their generic brand OTC medications are more pricey. If you're purchasing prescriptions without insurance, you definitely do not want to get them here. Also, they do not accept most prescription discount services other pharmacies honor. Have had to deal with more than one rude pharmacy tech here. If you have good insurance, and this store is conveniently located, I could see getting prescriptions here, otherwise you're throwing money away.

This store should be closed.....Call for refill but nothing in their system. Call another walgreens No problem. All info is there and ready in 2hrs..If no stars were available they would get that...

If I could give this Pharmacy a negative 5 stars I would. When I tried to voice my concern with their poor services the Supervisor Jay told me he refuses to refill my prescription. I'm a cancer patient! Don't ever! Go to this place.

The absolute worst Walgreens in the world. Rude employees, pharm techs were trying to swindle extra $$ from my family and then charge insurance. Prescriptions are NEVER filled fully, if at all and are NEVER on time. We have filed a formal complaint on this store and their pharm techs and let the insurance company know about their shady business dealings. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

Manager Vivia was very rude.. was picking up package from fed-x .. and she wouldn’t assist me said it wasn’t there and it was.. she is not management material .. I know it’s hard to find help.. but that wal-green want survive with her being in that position..

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever encountered. I feel so sorry for the 1 decent pharmacist they have. I hope she finds it in her spirit to leave, so that she does not have to be a associated with such ignorant co workers because I can only imagine if they treat the customers in this manner how they treat their co workers. Also can someone please answer why it takes 2 days to fill your prescription. And 10 minutes to answer the speaker in the drive thru.

I went by your store on Sunday July 3, 2022 to pick some prints I had made. There parking lot looked awful, trash was all over the lot and someone's weave or wig as laying on the lot. Such an eye soar for customers and people that live near by. Not a good way at all to represent your business.

I have been doing business with this Walgreens since 2014 and the last year has been horrible with them. Majority of the staff has an attitude and are rude, the wait time is always extremely long and they most of the time don’t have your meds ready when you get there and you have to add another 20-30minutes to your already crazy long wait time.

I should have checked reviews before I scheduled. Argh!!!In order to attend an event, I must show a negative covid test. On Wednesday, I went online at Walgreens.com and scheduled an appointment at Walgreens on Stagecoach. This morning, I received an email reminder about my appointment. When I arrived, there was a LONG line at the drive thru. My spot was directly in front of entrance, with official sign about no covid testing in store and by appointment only thru the drive thru. I thought that approach must explain long, non moving line. I saw a hand made sign that said "no covid testing" and was concerned. I sat in line for 40+ minutes. When finally #6, an employee came to the window and asked what name I was picking up under. I asked about testing and was informed they stopped testing over two weeks ago but Corporate hadn't turned it off online. When I asked why the official sign was still on front door, I was asked "didn't you see the handwritten one?". Yes, and I foolishly hoped the official sign and email meant covid testing was available for those WITH APPOINTMENTS.I understand they are overworked and overwhelmed and short staffed. But can they not take down those official signs? I'll happily do it for them - the signs are only attached with tape.

This place is terrible. I waited at the drive thru for 2 hours last Friday just to be told my prescription wasn't ready (they had received it from the dr the previous Wednesday). I called today and the automated system said I had no prescriptions pending nor any ready. So I waited on hold 53 minutes and then the system hung up on me. My dr can't send the medicine to another pharmacy and I guess I'm stuck with no meds another day.

I made an appointment to be tested for Covid. I showed up for my appointment. I waited in line at the drive through pharmacy for almost 2 hours. I was told they aren't offering covid tests. I showed the person my confirmation email. He was completely unsympathetic and turned me away. Absolutely ridiculous and a huge waste of time. What a joke. This location is obviously horribly disorganized with poorly trained staff.
