Unfortunately this is the third time I've had a stressful experience at this particular pharmacy. They are incapable of succesful without delay filling of new orders. I'm of the opinion if it is a new prescription NO effort will be made until you are in store. They are also incapable of giving a reliable estimated fill time on ANY prescription.

AWFUL Experience - DONT get vaccinations at this pharmacy!!I had an appointment for 11:20 am at the pharmacy today to get Covid booster, flu shot, and pneumonia vaccine. at 11:20 am.I got there at 11:005 am and had to wait at the window for over 15 just to get checked in. Then I was told the pneumonia shot was not covered by my insurance and that the shot would be over $300. To make matters worse it was 11:20 am when I was finally checked in and was left waiting on a bench until 11:30, I finally just left. Why make an appointment if they are just gonna waste my time..

Unorganized and bad service. I will call pharmacy says it will be ready in 30 minutes, go inside wait time from pharmacy says 30-45min more. Few months later same thing happens then have to wait a total of 2 hours. All I need is my depression meds fill no Courtesy of time or how the techs treat customers with the attitudes they give. I will no longer pharmacy here which I have been coming to this Shackleford location for over 3 years and this year it has just went down .

Horrible service!!! Waited hours for a prescription transfer & fill. They tell me they never received it. Called Walgreens who said they sent it hours ago. Had to wait ANOTHER hour on Walmart in the car, sick, with a screaming toddler. Then they didn’t even fill the right ones.. I JUST got out of the hospital… Can’t even get meds I really need! Now I have to wait on another and come back. They keep blaming Walgreens but it’s funny because Walgreens says it’s them. I don’t think the employees know what they’re doing or care.

Both the pharmacy and the cashier went out of their way to help and make sure I had what I needed. EXCELLENT service!

When someone turns in a prescription for an inhaler and cough medicine because they have covid the least you could do is say you close at 7 now. I wasn't aware this was the only location that change their closing time from 9 to 7. Now I have to pay for the new one the ER sent to Walgreens because this place already ran my insurance. I will never use this place again after this!

I can see why they have so many bad reviews. They never have all of my meds in stock and they had the audacity to say I could take my business elsewhere. You don't say! That's exactly what I'm doing, since they forgwt they wouldn't have jobs without patients.

Drove all the way from Hensley because this said the pharmacy was open until 9.Got there & said it closes at 7.???

I went here today to the pharmacy because we shop here also, I will say shopping experience is awesome but pharmacy staff is very rude. I have 10 Medicenes and I went to see how much they were the rude pharmacist cashier told me 80 and I asked if she applied the good RX which I know she dident she lied and told me she did the but before that it took her 2 seconds to answer my question and then threw the pen at me and my papers very rudely said mark the ones you want. Then she took them some were to the pharmacist helper in the back and started to get an attitude because I wanted to return some because I did not have all the money to pay all meds. I did not receive any answer after that exapt the girl sat back down and did not tell me how much longer or how much it was going to be. I recommend anyone to not fill meds here with attitudes they have.
