Around 1 o’clock in the afternoon, we were checking out our items and the two staff members that were over the self check out treated me and my family like we were common thieves very unprofessional do better. It’s giving racist. And into the little black girl that was checking us out have better, Customer Service or quit.

If going to this place to get tires stay clear as long as the man named Josh is running the show. Most unprofessional individual that I have ever encountered. Purchased two tires that had an issue with one of them. His response was just drive it, you have road hazard on them if something happens.
First of all for a brand new tire the mention of using road hazard should not even be a part of the conversation.
Went to the store Manager Brian and he was more than helpful and understood the issue that I had the exact same tire with the exact same issue that developed a knot and caused it to be unbalanced. Brian made the call to replace the tire as I requested.
Well the attitude flew at that point when I returned to the tire center by Josh being just short of yelling "I've done this for a long time. I know how to do my job". We'll he was informed at that point to remove the tires and place the old ones back on the vehicle. I return to speak with Brain once again and he wants to make things right and asked what he needed to do. I requested that Josh and his attitude be removed from the area. Brain stated that he was definitely going to address the customer service or lack thereof.
Now Robert that checked us in deserves 10 stars. I even told the store manager (Brian) that he needs to be the shop manager because he's the most professional person there.

The layout of this store is very different from what I've found at most Walmarts in the area and their in-store app isn't up-to-date at all, which made for a frustrating and difficult trip. It seemed like everything was 2 aisles over from where the app said they would be if they had it at all.
But they have great inventory and items that I have a hard time finding at other stores were available at this one.
3.5 stars at best.

The Associates are rude and they don’t want to help. The store is not as clean as most Walmarts. I will stop doing business at that Walmart. Thanks for listening! 😡😡 THEY SUCK!!!!!

This store is one of the better stores in central Arkansas, but it still suffers from poor quality staffing & bad stock management. I've been here often over the past two years.

Managers all just packed together and talk and don’t help associates at the store. I had a big issue with a delivery order today and when the suite pick up team, LEAD came out to try to help, she went in to get a manager and the manager made her come back out and tell me there’s nothing they could do instead of the manager coming out himself for herself. Poor leadership! Customer has $100 order that was mishandled a manager should come out to address it. When I went inside, three managers were around the Customer Service area just visiting and giggling and not helping anyone.

Continues to have only 1 human cashier at 6:30 pm on Friday to otherwise self checks! Horrible and would make Sam Walton furious!!!

The Walmart on Baseline has everything locked up. This includes baby items, bulbs for cars, all electronics, and much more. It's ridiculous that they have to do that bc people steal from there regularly. I hope they don't close the store because Walmart on Shackleford will be next
