I’ve gotten my eyebrows done numerous times and this is the first time I’ve walked out of a place upset. This place is fairly new in Little Rock and I decided to give it a try. I left with a teardrop eyebrow just for the lady to tell me “I didn’t touch your eyebrow, I just cleaned them up”. The shape was completely altered and way too thin. If you’re questioning giving this place a visit, don’t.

I went in for a full set of classic lashes for my 42nd birthday. I made my appointment weeks in advance paying a deposit for the date. Upon arrival I was told the lash tech would be a few minutes late, it ended up being 30 minutes late. Red flag #1. After the tech finally gets there, and I get to her chair I see her pull out a roll of scotch tape and proceeded to place it under my eyes and on my eyelids as protector tape. While she was providing me with my service, she received a phone call from her man arguing with him ( in their language) when it became time to pay they realized that I didn't give them a tip she responded in her lauauge "Cheap". Here's the deal I have no problem tipping, but when you show up 30 minutes late and then you have the nerve to put scotch tape on me for the price of $120. You don't deserve a tip. Here's a tip for you just because I don't look like you doesn't mean I don't understand you. Be careful what you say even if you think we don't understand you. Signed Black and Educated
