avoid this place . they took all day for my order to be ready for pickup and then it took like 30 minutes for them to give it to me when I got there.

The store is not keeping up its stock, so I walked out without the vitamins I wanted. Even the employees complained about the boxes that have not been unpacked. This store needs new management.

The absolute worst Walgreens photo department I have ever worked with. Please do not waste your time or energy with this store or this department. The employees have zero knowledge of anything. I received an email that my photo order was ready and when I went to the store at 10:20 am I was told that the photo department would not be open until 10:30 am. I waited and walked back in and asked to pick up my order at 10:40 am. The young lady phoned "assistance in the photo department." A very impolite representative came to the counter and said "ain't nobody here to do no pictures." I replied that I simply needed to pick up an order as I will not be back in this state to do so. She then did nothing to assist. The worst part is she kept saying she didn't know how to and that there was no one to help. Y'all, the only thing they have to do when an order is ready is to search by last name. AGAIN, do not waste your time at this Walgreens; it's awful.

Get these good people some help!! We are wrapped all around the building and have no option to go inside for assistance. This is not the kind of service to provide to sick people. I used to love coming here.

How do you not have the pharmacy in the store open and then only have 1 drive thru lane open. The line is literally around the store. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I have been a long time Walgreens customer. I particularly like the convenience of a national chain, and being able to get my prescription in any US city I visit. Unfortunately, the service has has gone down-hill, especially during the pandemic. They are short-staffed. They seem not to keep their pharmacists very long. And pharmacist and techs always appear stressed and over-worked. We have been without a 24-hour Walgreens for several months. My most recent bad experience happened tonight. Inside pharmacy closed. Drive -thru only. Waited in line for 2 hours. Got to the window at 10:02 pm. and was told sorry computers shut down, pharmacy closed, get your prescription tomorrow.

Been in this pharmacy drive thru line for ninety minutes. When I got here, there were 12 cars ahead of me. When I drove up and saw the long line, I called and talked to a pharmacist to confirm my sons prescription was ready. Turns out, even though my script was called in 4 hours ago, it still hadn't even been filled. She was glad I called so that "hopefully it'll be filled by the time you get to the front of the line." It wasn't. All in all, it took about an hour and thirty five minutes to get antibiotics for my sick 2yo. This isn't a first here, but it's certainly the worst it's ever been. I'll be switching pharmacies.

Prescription was called in 4 hours ago and we stood in line for 20 min to be told it's in process. It should be another 5 min. Ten min ago. Walgreens has the worst pharmacy. We had to come because they are the only pharmacy open on Sundays.

Worst pharmacy ever. 24 hours is a lie. I've gone multiple times in the morning to get a refill and am told I need to wait until 8 AM to get it filled.... why?! Not friendly staff.

Love their pharmacy, love the convenience of the app to do my refills, use app, pick up meds, use express pay. Boom done. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

after today i will not be returning to this location for my children's scripts they are slow rude unorganized and very unprofessional service is terrible the girl was ghetto and should be working elsewhere they couldnt get their s*** together i waited for about 15 minutes for prescriptions that were ready and in her face long story short they suck kroger i will never cheat on you again
