As an employee, I find this company great to work with and for. There is a strong desire to make itself better every day from various points of feedback. There is a strong sense of mission to provide internet to underserved communities across rural America.

Cannot get a live person on the phone to cancel service. They are awful! All numbers posted loop to the same message.

Horrible internet ! AVOID !
5 years I tried, they just give you a cheap deal for a few months, then it goes right back up with no difference in service, they kept me conned for 5 years, even on hold for an hour to stop service.
