Wrap right defiantly does it..right! I had a very special item that i needed shipped and this team was able to make it happen for me. I had special instructions to really make sure i got my standee poster safe. They did not disappoint! They went the extra mile to make sure it would not bend and stay straight to wisconsin! They added custom cut wood and wrapped my item incredible. I cant thank you all enough, hope to be back and thank you for treating me good!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR SHIPPING. Horrible customer service and they do not understand shopping. I went in to ship back text books using a prepaid Fedex label. First, I had to wait several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. They just ignored me while I stood by the register. Then, when someone finally came to help me, they said that I was shipping USPS. The label clearly had a FedEx barcode, and then a USPS barcode for when FedEx would transfer the package to the USPS for delivery. I took my package back and told him he did not know what he was talking about because I have shipped packages like this many time before. I then went to the FedEx Office Print and Ship Center and had no issues.

So we live in Arizona my wife and I bought synthesizer musical instrument from Little Rock that I had to have someone pick up from a place that did not ship. Jay from wrap right Packaging was extremely helpful and allowing my helper to Simply drop this instrument off well he did extra packing and worked out the best price to get it over here to Phoenix. If I'm in the area for sure would love to use his shop again

If I could give ZERO stars I would, shipped a bridesmaid dress on Monday and was told it would be there Wednesday - they didn't ship out til Tuesday and then blamed me for using USPS. Tried to say I didn't bring til Tuesday, but when I said Monday, he said I was lying - when I said receipt says Monday, "ohhhhhhh" and then it's my fault for choosing USPS - they said no problem it would be there Wednesday by Priority First Class. DO NOT USE, chose a company that will take responsibility for mistakes, not blame their customers.

Came here to get a quote for shipping documents to Costa Rica via DHL. Imagine my surprise when I was charged almost $100 less than what the UPS Store had quoted me!You can guarantee I will be back!
