I read the old reviews before going in today and I honestly was disheartened and prepared myself to be extra patient; but I had to go in today to move my service and modem to a new location. My experience today was completely contrary to all the bad reviews. As soon as I walked in the store manager greeted me and personally escorted me to a service desk with Marcus. Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made sure that not only did I have a seamless customer service in getting my modem transferred, he saved me money on my monthly bill AS WELL AS get higher speed. Strongly recommend this store now for all your Xfinity needs. Somebody give Marcus a raise please!

As many have stated before, I cancelled my service due to a price hike that came without warning(after 2.5 years of level billing) due to a “promotion ending”. Both the Xfinity customer service rep and the email I got said I could return my equipment to this store. When I walked in, there were about 10 workers just standing around. They all just looked at me like a calf staring at a new gate. I said I was there to return my equipment and they said it wasn’t possible at this location and that I needed to go to a UPS store to have it mailed. Either Xfinity has not trained their people to take returned equipment, or these people are a bunch of lazy liars who just want to stand around and do nothing! Either way, Xfinity needs to address the incompetence here!

The employees all greeted me when I entered and Maurice was very helpful! He helped me understand the differences between phone models and pick one perfect for me. Then he helped me sort out an internet issue and find me discounts I could qualify for. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I have tried for weeks to get ahold of someone to come fix a messed up wire that’s affected our connection and can’t get anyone to help me. I would never recommend using XFINITY.
Edit: the link they replied with does nothing. I clicked and sent in what I’m having an issue with and no one got back to me. Impossible to get ahold of a live person, will be switching to AT&T

Have always had good service with xfinity. Im moving unfortunately and xfinity is not offered where i am moving. I now have Optimum which is horrible. Hoping to move back to xfinity if they are available for me in 1 year.

MARCUS was very helpful and patient. He helped me to switch my sim to esim even my phone was not activated. Try many times to call customer service but no one helped me . That man he is so talented and give me best support. Thank u MARCUS 🥰🥰

very recently went to the store and asked a simple question and was immediately attacked by someone I’ve never met here before. He was extremely rude to me. If you want a friendly environment I would not recommend this store.

I am canceling my service. It went from 118 a month to over200 dollars a month! I can't reach any one to discuss how this happened. I can't cancel online.

Absolutely terrible! We cancelled our contract within two weeks of the 30 day trial due to outages and this was back in March. My husband purchased two Xpods and we were told we could return and get our money back within 30 days. Went to the store and they said they could only be returned via customer service online. My husband emailed/called numerous times within the 30 days and NEVER got a response. Fast forward to today, and they told him they can't do anything because it's past the 30 days!! What the?? Terrible all the way around!! Save your money and frustration. Especially, if you WFH, it's not a dependable Internet.

After the xfinity phone representative and the xfinity website both directed us to the xfinity store (and provided the address for the store in Little Rock!) or any UPS store, the customer representative at the xfinity store refused to accept return of equipment, and he directed us to drive to the UPS store about 1/2 mile away…
