Terrible customer service and connectivity. Each time I called to address the issue, I would get transferred and put on hold for 30-45 minutes then disconnected. Could not get even the basic internet connection to set up my laptop and printer for my school needs and they were trying to charge me almost 3x what they quoted.

Keilib and Emma were very helpful. They hooked me up with mobile service for 4 phones. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Keilib and Emma. Thank you both!

Love the service they provide in terms of internet, but the customer service for this company as a whole is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I need to speak to a live person at this location because the Comcast call centers are S**T and no help. But go figure they provide no number for the store and I'm not driving 15 miles out of my way to schedule a simple outside tech appointment

This is by far the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. The home internet is horrible, it’s always in and out and if you work from home, you will probably lose your job, because it’s never consistent. I had to change service Providers when I moved and wish I could have stayed with Fidelity communication, but my area doesnt support them.:( And I was talked into getting phone lines, which they could not give me an exact monthly billing payment, they guessed at the university location and of course they where just wanting to get their sales up, because my bill is wayyyy more than they estimated, should have just stayed with cricket and will more than likely go back soon. I’m hoping and praying that Att fiber soon start providing service in my area, because I will pay to Get out of My contract with Xfinity, YES it’s that bad.

Absolutely disappointing with the lack of customer support. We were not heard or valued as a client. Hate that we HAVE to use this company but there are no other companies that can sustain the internet speeds….yet.

I went to return equipment and they told me that I need to go back and send it to them via UPS. Why do you give us the address to return equipment when you’re not accepting it yourself? What a waste of time. I wish I could give you zero stars

Horrible internet, goes out at least once a week. Praying for other companies to lay fiber so we can ditch this service.If you have access to another ISP, take it. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Customer service is being bad they didn’t even want to do their job and when I asked to speak to the manger they all laughed. I will be reporting this location to both side’s Corporate and their parent company. I advise others to go to a different location then this one.

Updated April 2023. Went to turn my equipment in as I was instructed to do but was told that I must go print out a form and go to UPS instead. Drove out of my way for that. The service representative was polite.Old review : Nice crew, helped me quickly swap out equipment.

Signed up for service ,equipment to be delivered by UPS I was sitting right here got a text says pkg delivered and it was not. I have spent hours trying to get the equipment I need. today .they say there is no order for it. Now they say go to the local store abd pick it up with no gaurantee it'll be there. Ups has zero answers except it was delivered abd No it was not. Their driver is straight up lying or confused. My child is hone schooled not library schooled the most thoughtless unhelpful people I've dealt with to date abd in no spring chicken. Absolutely the worst customer service.

Comcast might be the devil, but the people here try to help out as much as possible.Keilib Pree worked with me for 3 different visits trying to fix my issue and was great. Marcus the store boss was helpful too.
