Imagine being told that "diesel costs money and you can pay the extra" by someone who went the wrong way to your house and now will not deliver your dishwasher. Imagine them also telling you that "you can come get it" from them in the middle of the street so they didn't have to install it. They thought I was being funny when I asked if they would ride back with me to install it, I wasn't.

We have been waiting for our washer from a third party that use RXO for transport and shipping since Dec 14. We were told the new arrival date would be Dec 26. Now at 4:00pm on 12/26/24 we are told because of “capacity issues” we will not receive our shipment till Jan 7, 2025. This is become far too ridiculous. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes while they passed me to numerous wrong offices. Then I was hung up on while on hold. I will never use this company again. We should be compensated for the weeks of time we are waiting for this company to decide to use a brain and deliver our washer. Unacceptable.

This company was supposed to to deliver a mattress from Costco I waited fife them and they balled once and I tried to call right back because they said they tried to delivered but my gate was locked . I don’t have a gate and they would not answer . There is no one around me with a gated entrance. Google map brings you right to my house! When Costco gets ahold of them they said they were now in Conway and would come back after that delivery. Which tells me they were never in El Paso at all . I waited another few hours and finally they answer at 1700 and tell me they are not coming . Would have to reschedule in 2 weeks !! This company couldn’t find my address the first time why would I trust them to find it again

I ordered a Samsung refrigerator a few years ago that was delivers by this company. The delivery men were rude, horrible and did more damage to my home than the cost of the refrigerator. RXO did pay for my repairs
I ordered a Samsung washer/dryer from
Sams on November 15th and was not aware RXO would again be the delivery company. The original washer/dryer was not delivered until December 12th at which time the delivery men were again rude, unprofessional and did not care about doing their job. Things started bad right off the bat. We have just had new floors installed throughout the house and asked the delivery men to please be careful. The man got very rude and said he couldn’t guarantee the floors and if we had a problem with this they could leave. We need the appliances so told them to go ahead but be careful and delivery man said if we were so worried about the floors we shouldn’t have ordered the washer and dryer. They started installing and did it as quickly as they could not testing anything or checking to see if machines were level. They also did not attach the base to the appliance with the supplied connectors or use the new hose connections that were supplied with the washer. They threw the new connections on a nearby table and used ones from old washer that have been there twenty years. They had me sign for delivery and quickly went to leave. I tried to open the drawer on the bases and neither would open. Ran out to get delivery men and they did something to drawer under dryer so it opened but the one under the washer still won’t open. They again quickly rushed to the truck and left. We turned on the dryer and the room immediately filled up with smoke. Neither the washer or dryer are level. We turned off the dryer and immediately contacted Samsung who said they could repair dryer and I said no this was brand new I did not want a new appliance repaired and they said I would have to contact sams. I contacted Sams explained the issue and they reordered the dryer the and they reordered the dryer the same day. Today I got a message from RXO saying dryer is in and wanted to schedule delivery. The SOONEST they could deliver is December 31st - this is almost two months after original order. I do not have an issue with Samsung but will NEVER order anything again this has to be delivered by this company. I have not tried my washer as it is not level and have no dryer to dry clothes in.
Steer clear of RXO for anything unless you enjoy problems, unprofessional people and horrible customer service.

Delivery and installation of new range. Great people that removed the old appliance and installed the new. Took maybe 15 minutes. Ordered from Sam's Club. Fantastic delivery team.

I ordered a shed kit from Amazon. They gave me the day it was scheduled to deliver and I took the day off, the day was October 16. I got a notice at 6pm that the delivery has been attempted which was a lie since I had been sitting on the couch by the front door with the window blinds open. No one has showed up. I called and they said that the driver had issues and was returning to the facility. I asked if I could get a new delivery date and they said they would be in contact. Two days later I was sent a new request for a scheduled day. The soonest day was a month from now. I have been back and forth with them and Amazon. Amazon submitted the required forms for me to be able to pick it up in person at the facility, because I'm not waiting a month for something I should already have. I called rxo and they say the have the form but I'm not allowed to pick up my item until they send me a scheduled day and time to do that. Why can't I just come pick up my item? That was the days ago. Never going to order anything that says xpo or rxo on Amazon again. Amazon needs to reconsider using this company with how many reviews are very similar to mine.
Update: After posting this I was contacted by someone from rxo customer accounts. They were able to get me where I needed. I was able to pick up my item within the days of them contacting, mainly since it was the weekend. While this is a good thing, it should be said that it shouldn't take this type of post to receive actual help. I feel that is the true issue behind this. I will not be increasing my star rating but I will give props to the social media department for helping. If you get in a bind like I did and see this, try posting a review and see where that gets you.

Horrible company. Our first delivery date was October 5. It is now October 26th and still no microwave setup. My husband and I have took off work numerous times for nothing. RXO please do better

If I could put a 0 in stars I would! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!! I've tooken off 4 times & still haven't received a installment. I'll never order again if this company has to deliver it. Management still hasn't reached out nor responded nor resolved my issue with installment. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. IF RXO HAS TO DELIVER ANYTHING IN NEAR FUTURE ITLL BE CANCELED!!!!! NO TRUST WORTHY!!!

Would give a zero star if possible. Horrible customer service did not deliver appliances when they said.
it’s been almost 2 weeks. Still giving us the runaround.

This RXO location has rescheduled the delivery for my LG refrigerator three separate times. Each time they never showed up with no communication whatsoever. I have been calling RXO for a week and have not received any answers. Today they just told me that they don't even know where my refrigerator at. RXO is also acting like they don't care and aren't willing to help resolve the situation.

RXO used a 3rd party carrier, who provided the worst service. They were to remove an old refrigerator and bring the new one in. While removing the old refrigerator, they scratched up several places in my kitchen. They never brought the new refrigerator in and claimed it couldn’t fit because the doors couldn’t be removed—although the doors can be removed. Went through months of countless phone calls, filing a claim, following up, only for the insurance claim to be denied. My advice is to basically video any delivery service, especially from RXO, because photos apparently aren’t enough proof. Because we had to move our own delivery in (or else our cold food items would have spoiled) , they blamed us for the damages as if we would damage our own home. They hire incompetent carriers and then do not take responsibility for any mistakes. Poor customer service all around. If I ever have another order that states RXO is the carrier, I’m canceling it.

I ordered the Myxfitness bike from Bodi at the end of May and finally got it today. There were two installers and one driver that showed up. I received notification first thing in the morning that it was out for delivery and one notification when they were about 30 minutes from my house. The gentlemen were very friendly and focused on the install, they removed everything from the boxes and took the trash with them. It was a good experience.

Installers were very courteous & nice. However, the drain hose was not put in (still wrapped around back of washer) causing my laundry room to flood when I did 1st wash-ten minutes after they left. I immediately called 800# & was told it would be marked urgent ( at that time I did not know what problem was). They did not show up. By the time my husband got home & figured out & fixed had me scheduled for a week later!! Customer service is horrible. Tonight my granddaughter washed a load in cold. Saw window was fogged paused & checked it was hot water. They put water hose on backwards. She was livid. I wasn’t happy either I had washed all those nasty towels I soaked all the water up with due to hose problem in hot which now I know was cold. I hope her clothes did not shrink. I’m not replacing them if so.
