I did not want to use UHaul because of a past experience.But i had no choice, Thank God for this Angel name Laquita, i don't know what i would done without her going that extra mile with being efficient, friendly , upbeat . Unfortunately, i'm still not a fan of UHaul, but definitely would go back to the one on Chico rd in Little Rock. “I had called many different rental agencies and not one was able to help me with what I needed. I was flying out to Little Rock Arkansas to pick up a travel trailer and needed to haul it to castle rock Colorado. No one could help. Enterprise came through in the best way and was able to get me what I needed. Picked my wife and I up from the airport and sent us in our way with a great truck that made our trip smooth as silk. “Truck had dried mud on it around the tires, but was otherwise clean. The key was James into the lock box such that the only way I could remove it was by breaking the big plastic holder. Minor, in the end.
I really lost lots of time to the U Haul app, which lacked a sufficient error indicator saying it must have location permissions to allow pickup. This issue is not on this local vendor, but on U Haul corporate.”

“I prefer to drive to this Uhaul instead of the ones closer to me. The manager is always accommodating and helpful. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I get what’s needed. The night crew is mainly who I experience the most and during the day the manager or a lead randomly but anytime I go it’s a great experience.”
“We were towing a trailer on a summer road trip and needed both tires replaced. Normal U-Hauls don't do that. You have to call roadside assistance and wait several hours for them to show up. Luckily this U-Haul is a full service center and services most of the state's U-Haul equipment. They immediately took care of us and made our work their top priority. These guys saved us HOURS on the side of the road. Yay!! Love these guys!!!”

“Very nice experience from start to finish. Quick processing for renting a truck, and cleaning out a storage unit.
The storage units are clean, climate controlled, and serviced to prevent pests. This assures your items are kept free from infestation, AND won't get hot, cold, nor damp. Lanes and doors are clean and the property is secured by electronic sensors and surveillance.
The truck we rented ran very well, spacious, and practically sterile as far as cleanliness goes. Very fuel efficient, and made transportation a breeze.
The service here is outstanding. Hannah Holloway is the go to gal. She has all the answers to any questions. She was a joy to work with, and very kind.
They also sell propane bottles and will refill, so I'm definitely going to be a returning customer here. If you need a safe and secure place to store your bulk items, propane for equipment or grills, or a vehicle to help you move anything; THIS is THE place to go!”
