Went to the location on Nov 22nd, 2023. While getting my car washed my tail light was pulled out and smashed against the tunnel wall. The on-sight manager and employees were very kind and helpful in filing a claim to correct this issue. However, their corporate decided they weren't liable and refuse to pay for the damages. I won't be using them ever again. A truly pathetic way to conduct business.

The cancellation of a subscription plan should not be this hard. Unless the business model is to retain customer by introducing bureaucratic processes. Initially, I was told it was 10$+ something for the subscription.Even then I went to the car wash location for cancellation next month as I was not using the service. They mentioned they cannot cancel the subscription, which does not make sense as they are the ones who signed me up. Worse situation happened when I was charged 45$ for the subscription which I didn’t use and wanted to cancel but couldn’t. Even when I finally cancelled through online.They still charged me as they have a 7 day cancellation policy. Honestly, this is pure scam. If you are going to charge 45$ then say so while signing people up. Nothing wrong with transparency. Please don’t reply to the comment with preposterous replies like “our records reflect you don’t have an account with us”. Because my cancellation finally happened and hope I get a refund for all the mess I had to go through.

I hadn't gotten a car wash in 6 months after moving here so you can believe my car was dirtyyy!! Tasja offered to spray the front to get any bugs off before I went through! She is amazing!! Definitely a 5 star experience!!

This is by far the worst Zips in Central Arkansas. Place is dirty, half vacuums work, and the Carwash was closed by the employees this afternoon. Get the staff from Maumelle to train these people on what a Zips should look like and be managed or shut the place down!

My complaint is not so much with the quality of the wash, it is with the MEMBERSHIP. It's awful! You get a sticker on your windshield that rarely works when you try to drive through. An attendant ususally has to come out and let you through AND multiple times, the sticker stopped working and they had to give me a replacement. I have little gooey sticker residue spots on my window. The point of of the memebership, to me, is to be able to drive up, go through and smoothly get my car washed and be on my way. It NEVER happens that way. It's WAYYYY more trouble than it's worth. I'll just pay the full price and have my car washed less often. It was almost impossible to get the membership canceled. They give you a QR code when you join so that you can "easily" change or cancel your membership, but I ended up having to call and talk to customer service. Definitley not worth the hassle!

I arrived one day at Zips and was greeted by Tassa. She was so happy to see me and went on to explain the deals and specials Zips had to offer. She even explained the cost savings value over time which is what really caught my attention. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and she didn’t come across as overly pushy. You know that car dealership vibe, ijs. Tassa was a pleasure to meet and talk with. What started as a quick run through the car wash turned into a great start of my day. Customer service is at an all time low these days. However, doing business with Tassa made me feel my business was valued at Zips.

I met a very professional young lady named Tasia. She was magnificent and had the best customer service ever. My experience was very positive and I smiled so much from how she treated me when I pulled up I wasn’t having that great of a day, but Tasia made me feel so at ease. This review is under my husband’s name. I am Jessica….. thank you Tasha for being the best representation for zips. I will be back! ❤️

The lady signing us into the car wash was extremely rude! My car was still dirty after the $20 wash! What makes things worse is that it popped our front tire when going through the wash! I called the number on the receipt, and the number was disconnected.
