Definitely needs updating right side tire brushes doesn't work. No pre wash sprayer. Truck always is dirty after washes. The tunnel stinks of sewer. Highly disappointed

This car wash is dirty the vacuums are always clogged up and you don't know if they're going to be open or closed half the time plus there's nobody at the end of the car wash to dry your windows. This place need some people to actually work at it you're not just sit in the office away from the Sun. Shake my head sad at this establishment

I have been talking with Zips corporate about this issue for about a week. I went on Monday and it said my account was suspended. I asked them if they could double check cause I knew I had paid. They checked and they said yes they could see I had paid but that it was suspended and their was nothing else they could do. I left and have been emailing corporate back and forth. Basically come to find out there is no reason why it shouldn't have worked. Just a malfunction in their system. Absolutely no apology from them just them saying that's the way it was. I also addressed the fact that the charge for the month should have been $20 not $35. They stated when you sign up, you are automatically enrolled in the $35. Now this might be the case, but when my husband enrolled he specially told the guy he wanted the lowest package and at no point did he say he'd be charged the $35 after the initial $10 promo. Customer service said they couldn't do anything and there would be no refund but they would downgrade us for the next time. So I just want everyone to know that is how they work so you don't have the same thing happen as well. I'm very disappointed in how their customer service treated us. To be clear, it was this location that had the system malfunction but they were nice about it. It was corporate customer service who was rude.

be careful using a debit/credit card with this company. we were enrolled in a club membership with ONLY a debit card wash purchase. Zips had no other information on me and couldn't locate a membership until I provided a card number to cancel the membership. When I asked for a refund they said all sales are final and I can use the club offer for the rest of the month. with this membership you get absolutely nothing except a debit to your banking account and washes are full price. will not ever recommend this company unless you want them stealing from you

I cancelled 2 memberships and a couple of weeks later my card was billed for one of them. I need $35 back on my Capital one card! Not only that your car wash on Page leaves a lot of dirt on my car.

If I could give them negative 100 Stars I would- they are the most unethical predatory business! If you ask for one car wash they will charge you every month for the rest of your life and never give you your money back

I've reached out to who the manager at your manitowoc location gave me a email address and no response but they sure can make sure to charge my card every month been a customer for to long I guess they don't care go down the road there are plenty of better car washes then this place

The service today was terrible x. I paid $25 and my truck is NOT clean and tires are not shiny. I’ve had good results here in the past but this time. NO WAY. I might go back 1 more time- but if I get same results - I will not be going back.

Worries car wash chain I've ever been to. I've been to about 5 different zips. An there all the same of there products doesn't clean well. There over priced for whay you get unlike these other car wash chains like them.i wouldn't recommend getting 6our car washed from there facilities

I have a membership there for my vehicle and my wife . The total for that is 30 dollars . For the past 3 months I’ve been charged the 30 dollars plus 15 extra dollars . You can’t speak to anyone there so you have to email . I’ve done that with no response of why and haven’t received a reply back in over 21 days ! Worst customer service EVER !

The RIF scanner does not work unless you push no thanks on the POS. Where would you not post that for your membership customers? Bad management!!!!

Terrible customer service I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for three months I’ve constantly emailed and called corporate but I can never get an answer or reply from anyone. I went online to submit a request but no luck either this is bad business
