“Became a resident recently and was treated like royalty everywhere I went.The pro shop guys were fun to joke around with and the people in the other office are super nice and personable too.Had a blast on the course chasing a ball or twelve around and then smashing some from the pro shop basket into the water to blow off the steam from my round...as if I hadn't already had enough swings in. Gonna bring all my friends here!There's also a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tanning beds, Billiards and ping pong rec room for residents... luxury resort style living.”

“I've had no problems with moving in and my neighbors have been courteous and kind. The ceilings are a bit easy to hear through, but the walls are soundproofed well enough that I haven't had any problems with hearing my nextdoor neighbors. The only pests I've found are springtails which I borderline don't consider pests and I've only seen a couple of them. The insulation is great, the management is easy to work with, and I've found it to be plenty space for myself.”

“I have lived in this property for a year and I only have good comments to say: a safe place to live, clean, the office and maintenance staff are very nice and most importantly their prompt response every time I need something fixed in my apartment. I recommend it 100%. It is a good place to live. Cable and WiFi hot wáter and heat are included and the electricity bills are very low. The only thing is that they should have more washers and dryers.”

From handling an apartment switch smoothly, to always being on top of maintenance and taking care of my elderly neighbors property (locking up, checking pets, calling emergency contacts) when they had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night. She goes above and beyond for everyone at the complex, and should be appreciated for it all!”

“I recently moved here after a friend told me he used to live here a couple of years ago. The apartments have been remodeled and my understanding is that the management changed. I moved almost a year ago and I really like my place. The new appliances and painting make my apartment look cute. I feel safe walking in the complex, there are always plenty of parking spots for me or my friends, and the management are constantly spraying to keep bugs away. I personally like the size of the apartments, the natural light they have, and picnic area that was built with the grills for common use”
“I have lived at the station apartments for over three years. The management has always handled problems quickly and politely even those late night emergency calls. the pool and fitness center are clean and well kept. I have used the clubhouse for private parties several times and it has always been very nice. my only complaint is that some of the residents are loud and disruptive at times.”

“I lived in their large 1 bedroom 1st floor apt for a year. I don't have any complaints about the complex or the staff. I enjoyed the amenities it offered & took advantage of them, except for the tanning bed.Maintenance was always super fast to respond to any reported issues.Upon move-out I detail cleaned the apt & asked for a move-out checklist to reference. I worked hard on making sure what I could clean was as clean as possible.When my move-out date was set, I contacted the office & requested a manager walk-through without an exact time being set as I was unsure exactly when everything would be emptied out. I was notified what time she leaves for lunch & worked around that.On move-out day, as soon as the unit was emptied & I had done my final cleaning of the floors, I called the office & let them know I was ready.Within 10 minutes or so, the manager appeared, with her husband, to review the unit. She let me know that I had done a great job & left very little for their cleaning crew to do. NOTE: Your lease states their is a MINIMUM cleaning fee, I just don't recall what it was.Within 2 weeks of moving out, I received a mailed check for the amount I believed I was owed. Along with the check was a detailed list of the breakdown charges of what had been deducted from my monies. I had no issue with their deductions as they basically added up to their minimum cleaning charge (including carpet cleaning though the carpet was still in excellent condition) and a few extra dollars deducted for tv wall mounting holes I wasn't able to patch up myself.I HIGHLY suggest taking the time to ask for the move-out checklist, DETAIL clean & do a manager walk-through at move-out time!I want to give a special thank you to Lori in the front office as she was ALWAYS kind & respectful to me.The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is due to the lack of real sunlight these 1 bedroom apts get. The poor construction design prevents this from happening as all of them are recessed 10' or so into the building. Not to mention how the front doors, in many cases, open up to the staircase for the upper floors.”

“Came home and Air Conditioner wasn't working. Called front office 5:58pm [the office closes at 6:00] They scrambled and to get a portable air-conditioner. My apartment was cooling down within 30 minutes. Next day they sent a repairman and everything is working as it should!! 5 ? stars”
