The maintenance team, especially Mr. Ramirez, is quick to resolve any issues. The property is also well kept and clean. I highly recommend this complex.”

“I’ve lived here for a year, almost 2, and never looked at the reviews til now! They’re all over the place! Maybe everyone’s experience is different, but I haven’t had a single issue so far.
Rent is low. I currently pay $795 for a 2 bed 1 bath apt. When I first inquired about an apartment here, Erika literally mentioned that these apartments were older (I came from The Links in Springdale). On top of that, when you move in, they give you a folder with a bunch of info, one of which covers how to maintain black mold. We do have it come up a lot in our windows. (I had it all over my walls at The Links, but here it makes sense since they’re older and the windows sweat with the difference in weather). I’ve had no issue with maintenance, but I also have really used them. They replaced my dishwasher when I first moved in, but other than the inspections and what not, they haven’t been an issue.
They’re old, but affordable, and clean. They clean the balconies, they pick up trash all the time, they haven’t been rude to me - Erika nor the guy that was in the office that gave me my keys at move in, and for the price, I feel like you get what you pay for. Carpet and walls were freshly painted/replaced when I moved in. We didn’t have an issue with bugs until recently when one of the neighbors moved out, here recently we’ve found a few roaches but no bed bugs or anything .. (I had a flea issue at The Links). It’s peaceful, quiet, they’re on top of things.

“Have been here 1.5 years now & We love it here. Safe, spacious, quiet, awesome neighbors, and property management is awesome! They work with you on things, are human & very understanding. Maintenance is on top of repairs, even having gone from 2 guys to just 1 at the moment. We have rented a lot of places in the past, and this is bar far the best. Right off Freeway, Walmart market & Casey's & Circle K all about a block up road. Close to Bike trails, has a nice little park, pool, clubhouse, workout room, dog park, and sundeck with gas grill & firepit. Downside; parking is hard at times if not in assigned spot. Worth paying the extra for carport year round with weather. Some property up grades done with no notice...so being woken up to drilling/banging ect...even this yr on Thanksgiving day.”

“Became a resident recently and was treated like royalty everywhere I went.The pro shop guys were fun to joke around with and the people in the other office are super nice and personable too.Had a blast on the course chasing a ball or twelve around and then smashing some from the pro shop basket into the water to blow off the steam from my round...as if I hadn't already had enough swings in. Gonna bring all my friends here!There's also a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tanning beds, Billiards and ping pong rec room for residents... luxury resort style living.”

“I recently moved here after a friend told me he used to live here a couple of years ago. The apartments have been remodeled and my understanding is that the management changed. I moved almost a year ago and I really like my place. The new appliances and painting make my apartment look cute. I feel safe walking in the complex, there are always plenty of parking spots for me or my friends, and the management are constantly spraying to keep bugs away. I personally like the size of the apartments, the natural light they have, and picnic area that was built with the grills for common use”
“The course is integrated with the residence. It's narrow so an accurate shot is required. The ball will soon be gone. The price is reasonable. You cannot eat in the clubhouse.”

As far as the office personnel and management, they are WONDERFUL!! I have never had them be anything but Kind to me. Brandi and Polly are superb. Maintenance... They are always addressing the problems right away. Preston is very polite everytime he comes to my apartment. Fixes things in a timely manner. As far as cleanliness goes, certain areas and buildings are better than others. But that has somewhat to do with the tenants. I know Lindsey gets a bad rap but honestly I've never had an issue here. If you pay your rent on time and dont cause trouble , I dont see what the problem could possibly be. I'm giving 5 stars for my experience!!”
