“Tommy wisely questioned my decision to fix an older vehicle with 200k+ miles on it. I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. This did not detour Tommy - he took lots of pictures and entered everything into his quotation software. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate. I'm sure that had I gone through with it - they would've taken care of me. I figure - if they go through great detail on the small things, they'll do the same with the big things!”

“TLDR: Noah, Dalton, and their certified mechanics were awesome! Very knowledgeable and tons of experience. They offer tons of services at great pricing. Highly recommended.
If you like the peace of mind that the manufacturer dealership gets you, I understand as that was me. But we all know you'll get charged more usually so when I saw these guys pop up in my search they had great reviews already so I tried them out. Better than I expected. Dealerships obviously have their standards but these guys treat your car like it's theirs. They do a thorough job. Originally had an axle & seal issue/replacement but after taking it apart to closely inspect & perform everything, they saw an existing part was still perfectly fine so they only charged the necessary replacement part. So this lowered the initial quote. I'm confident a dealership wouldn't have spoken up to save customers that extra expense. These guys prioritize customer service over taking your money is what I got from it. I'm sold on these guys so I hope this gives some insight on what you should expect.”

“A year or so ago, I had to have my water pump replaced. Orielys referred me here. I called in and spoke with Gary's brother and he told me to come on in. When I pulled up, the guys said the heard me coming. I thought crap!! It was that bad. So they took a look, quoted me a fair price and even got me in before the weekend before I was headed out on a family trip to the lake!! I work close and Gary even sent his nephew to pick me up in his personal truck! It was around Halloween and he had a full body skeleton ? hanging from the bed of his truck! It was great and got lots of looks and comments from my coworkers!! The car ran great and QUIET like before! Got to meet Gary's mama and she was so kind. Great crew, great work great everything! So I was off to the lake! They stay busy and for them to work me in was remarkable! I would and do recommend them to anyone that expects a decent price and honest people to take care of your vehicle!!”
“While driving on Monroe in Lowell, I had a severe flat tire that was leaking rapidly. Having used Speede Lube for our oil changes and repairs other things, I pulled in and asked if they did tires. The gentleman said they don't, so I asked if I could change my tire in their parking lot.
I went out to get started when he rounded the corner and offered to put the car on a lift for me. He pulled it in the bay and proceeded to change the tire. He didn't know I was an existing customer. He was just being an awesome human being.”

“Let's talk about why I recommend this auto shop! I have a 2006 Toyota RAV4 I took her in because my engine light was on, the swerve indicator and VSC. When I would accelerate the engine light would flash. They found multiple issues under the hood.. my coolant was leaking, I needed new spark plugs, coils and a new valve cover gasket. My oil was also coming out where the spark plugs are, to show me this they even texted me photos of the spark plugs and the engine. They broke down how much each thing would cost, even how much the labor would cost. Overall the cost is what I would have expected for labor plus parts and diagnostics. As you can see from the photos they provided me, there is oil on the spark plugs (not good!!!) Thank you for doing such a thorough check and when I need work done, I will be bringing back to them.”

“I was on the freeway on my way to Kansas City from Arkansas when I suddenly heard a loud knocking sound on the right side of the car. I thought it might be a wheel bearing or something serious so I stopped at Total Automotive Repair. I was fearing the worst that it might end up costing me hundreds of dollars. The mechanic had a look and found that it was a pine cone wedged in the roof rack! They charged me nothing. These guys are honest—I highly recommend them!”
