“The place has a wide selection of games (board and video), movies, and collectables, and all for a decent price. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the fact that some of the games and movies that I've just recently bought ended up not working, it's a good thing I still have the receipt and that the return policy is so easy.”

They actually seem like they know what they are talking about.The company needs to hire more people that are actually knowledgeable in these products, and not just a salesman. “Penelope was so great! She helped my bf regain access to his iCloud which he’s had trouble with for YEARS. Got us both new phones and was very open about what she was doing and walking us through the process. She was so engaging and kind. You don’t find that much in customer service anymore. Would recommend going to her for anything. She definitely made the experience fun and enjoyable instead of boring and exhausting (yknow, waiting an hour to get a new phone or a new line)”

“So I waited way too long to leave my review, but I'm here now! We decided to leave AT&T and we heard good things about T-Mobile. Decided to check it out. There is a store right near where we work. This is where we met Phil who walked us through the switch. He really knows his stuff! Part of why I waited so long is because it all seemed a little too good to be true but he came through on everything! Our bill is exactly what he said it would be. Our rebates came through with no red tape at all. If we have any questions we can go there and ask him and he's always helpful. I would definitely recommend this store for your cellular needs! And ask for Phil! He's ossum!”

If possible I will update after I get my receipt to a five but if not that is the only reason I gave it a four because I don't know how easy it will be to find at this point. This Aarons location is the one that you need to do business with even if it's a little of a drive for you. It's one my wife and I are going to do business with going forward.”
“I had to wait about an hour to be helped, and then was told they couldn't help me, and I had to go to a corporate office. They at least gave me the address, and were pleasant. It's not their fault. The email communication from Verizon should have given me that info. They do need more people there to cut down wait time. When I got to the corporate office, I was there about 2 minutes.”

“I can't believe how awesome of a job Juan did !! My PC was telling me it couldn't read the SSD and I assumed I should just replace it, but I wasn't sure. I didn't want to just buy another SSD and find out it was something else. Plus , I was certain Id be paying for another download of windows OS. I called around to a couple places and it seemed I was going to end up paying close to 500$... which is robbery considering I only wanted a diagnoses first or certainty I'd know what I was getting into with cost and repairs. Juan was certain he could fix my problem, knew the possibilities and assured me I wouldn't be getting anywhere close to 500$. I new SSD and install of windows cost me 200$. On top of that Juan made the inside clean and look brand new. This is my go to spot from now on if I have any future issues with my tech problems!!”

“Charles, Thomas and the folks at this store have been great. We switch from Verizon because we was always having issues with different problems with our bill. Charles really helped us when he was at Verizon and now that we are at T-Mobile. He is just one of the best ppl at that store because he has been in this business for a long time and he really knows his stuff and has a great attitude. Both Chales & Thomas have done a great job there.”

“I recently went to Best Buy to check out laptops. Walking in, the greeter was a very friendly, helpful young man. There were changes in the store so we didn't know for sure where to go, he was able to direct us right where we needed to go. Looking at laptops, there was quite a few good deals and bargains. The best part was our customer service representative Austin. He was so helpful and polite. I am definitely not the most techy person and he answered all of my questions so easily and saved me so much money, I didn't buy something I didn't need or want. A good experience shopping, I will definitely be back, especially around xmas!”
