“Long story short, we have not had a propane tank since the early 2000s so I was reading the PSI gauge when I called for a refill. They ended up only having to put 59 gallons in. I was very embarrassed and called to apologize and ask how to read the gauge, and as you probably guessed I was reading the wrong one. When I called I spoke with Will, and he was so nice and reassured me that it was not a big deal at all and he stayed on the phone with me while I got my coat on and walked out to the tank so he could help me. He took his time and never once rushed me. Best customer service I have come across in a very long time!!!”
