“Easy pickup and return for my trailer. The lady working the counter was nice. She was the only one in office so of course she was busy taking care of other people so I had to wait just a few minutes. But she was working as quickly as she could. I could see how you’d have a long wait if even just a couple people were in front of you. But not the workers fault. The guy working the returns was quick to come out and get us unhitched. He came out quicker than we could use the app to return.I’d highly recommend using the app for check in and return. Saves so much of your time and the workers time. Makes things go much smoother and quicker.”

“I gave a 4 star today because Ferrellgas has let me run out of gas a few times, on the coldest, nastiest days and times of the year. I ran out Monday, when it was snowing and icy. I called and let them know I was out. I knew they couldn’t get to me where I live because the roads were covered in snow and ice, and I live out near the lake. I received a call from Neal, who offered to bring two smaller tanks out. He and Jordan brought those out, hooked them up and got everything running so my pipes wouldn’t freeze. The next day, Neal brought the tank truck and filled my big tank! I was honestly about to change companies but because of Neal and Jordan’s willingness to go above and beyond I’m planning to stay with Ferrellgas. I hope Neal and Jordan get special recognition from their superiors. Thanks Neal and Jordan!!”
