“The employees are nice, helpful and professional. It’s my personal opinion that the hours of operation should be posted plainly on the door so that customers don’t have to look it up or make a trip for nothing.”

“We’ve been customers for a short time but have had a great experience with Ozark Propane. They have given us excellent service, even coming in & lighting our pilot light. We ran out just before the big snowstorm-they were out the next day before it hit! We’re very pleased.”

“Long story short, we have not had a propane tank since the early 2000s so I was reading the PSI gauge when I called for a refill. They ended up only having to put 59 gallons in. I was very embarrassed and called to apologize and ask how to read the gauge, and as you probably guessed I was reading the wrong one. When I called I spoke with Will, and he was so nice and reassured me that it was not a big deal at all and he stayed on the phone with me while I got my coat on and walked out to the tank so he could help me. He took his time and never once rushed me. Best customer service I have come across in a very long time!!!”
