“I recently moved to the Springdale area and was looking for a mechanic I could trust, which can be difficult to find when you’re new to an area. After bringing my car here a few times and getting to know the staff at the front desk, I’ve really come to appreciate how upfront and honest they are. They’ve always been transparent about the work my car needs and have given me great guidance without ever making me feel pressured.
I recently had a minor issue come up with the shop, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business handles them and I was very impressed with how they took responsibility and made sure I was taken care of.
I’ll definitely continue bringing my car here for any work it needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy mechanic who provides excellent quality service at great prices!”

“We had the BEST customer service with this uhaul location. We got a flat tire on our trailer rental and were stuck downtown. After all the 800 number and getting no help I called this location as it was close. Lenny was amazing. He came out to help change the tire on our trailer, as well since the other tire was in bad shape he had a co-worker bring a tire out to fix that. Cannot recommend this location enough.”

“My father’s antique car wouldn’t start after taking my son to the donut shop on a Saturday morning. I doubled back and tried again to no avail. Then I called Kyle @ Premier and scheduled Orvid to come out an hour later. Went back a third time and just for grins tried to start the car. It turned over the second try. I begged to know what the trip charge was, but they wouldn’t take money from me. I spoke with Orvid for a bit and he was as good as they come.
Businesses and people like this are few and far between it seems nowadays. I own/operate another local business and will pay it forward however I can. In the meantime, Premier will be the only company I use or recommend moving forward. Thank you gents!!!”
