“I was on the freeway on my way to Kansas City from Arkansas when I suddenly heard a loud knocking sound on the right side of the car. I thought it might be a wheel bearing or something serious so I stopped at Total Automotive Repair. I was fearing the worst that it might end up costing me hundreds of dollars. The mechanic had a look and found that it was a pine cone wedged in the roof rack! They charged me nothing. These guys are honest—I highly recommend them!”

“I have to give this place five stars. It was my first experience with Arkansas Tool and Auto and let me say, it was an excellent experience. Mr. Gary immediately was able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and took me in within two days. I feel like my old lady is a newborn again (my car). I really appreciate the quick turnaround, their concern for my safety and doing an awesome job. Hopefully, I do not have to, but I will return if need be for any other repairs needed. “While driving on Monroe in Lowell, I had a severe flat tire that was leaking rapidly. Having used Speede Lube for our oil changes and repairs other things, I pulled in and asked if they did tires. The gentleman said they don't, so I asked if I could change my tire in their parking lot.
I went out to get started when he rounded the corner and offered to put the car on a lift for me. He pulled it in the bay and proceeded to change the tire. He didn't know I was an existing customer. He was just being an awesome human being.”
