“I was on the freeway on my way to Kansas City from Arkansas when I suddenly heard a loud knocking sound on the right side of the car. I thought it might be a wheel bearing or something serious so I stopped at Total Automotive Repair. I was fearing the worst that it might end up costing me hundreds of dollars. The mechanic had a look and found that it was a pine cone wedged in the roof rack! They charged me nothing. These guys are honest—I highly recommend them!”

“I have to give this place five stars. It was my first experience with Arkansas Tool and Auto and let me say, it was an excellent experience. Mr. Gary immediately was able to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and took me in within two days. I feel like my old lady is a newborn again (my car). I really appreciate the quick turnaround, their concern for my safety and doing an awesome job. Hopefully, I do not have to, but I will return if need be for any other repairs needed. Thank you so much, Mr. Gary and Holly for your patience and great customer service.”

“While driving on Monroe in Lowell, I had a severe flat tire that was leaking rapidly. Having used Speede Lube for our oil changes and repairs other things, I pulled in and asked if they did tires. The gentleman said they don't, so I asked if I could change my tire in their parking lot. I went out to get started when he rounded the corner and offered to put the car on a lift for me. He pulled it in the bay and proceeded to change the tire. He didn't know I was an existing customer. He was just being an awesome human being.”

“I recently moved to the Springdale area and was looking for a mechanic I could trust, which can be difficult to find when you’re new to an area. After bringing my car here a few times and getting to know the staff at the front desk, I’ve really come to appreciate how upfront and honest they are. They’ve always been transparent about the work my car needs and have given me great guidance without ever making me feel pressured. I recently had a minor issue come up with the shop, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what really matters is how a business handles them and I was very impressed with how they took responsibility and made sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely continue bringing my car here for any work it needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy mechanic who provides excellent quality service at great prices!”
