“The 3 man crew that provided service for us was exceptional. Their customer support was above and beyond what one would expect. They helped my regrets to move easy peasy. They took the time to do a walk through to ensure what needed to be packed. Once that was done then off they went, like worker bees in the flesh. Everything was packed concise and secure. You could see that there was pride with every box set up to every strip of tape laid down. If they weren't sure about something they were kind and empathetic when asking questions for clarity. Solid customer service, facility is very well maintained, and they were kind enough to place a reserve on the unit I was looking at while scheduling a showing for me plus a few extra days while I viewed other possible locations. “Well to be honest one of my pet peeves with storage facilities is the access I have to the unit I buy.This has basically 2. They do have a loading and a ramp. But it is a climate control facility. In this heat that is a big plus. Overall it's a good storage facility ??”

“If you're looking for movers, look no more. Ryan is courteous and easy to work with when scheduling a move. He worked with my schedule and his employees could not have been more accommodating. Ray and Spencer moved out of one location and delivered furniture to four other locations including a storage unit. They set up rugs and furniture, helped with boxes and overall made the day much easier than I anticipated. I will definitely be calling them again. Thanks for the great teamwork.”
“The facility was easy to access and the grounds were clean. The unit itself was clear of items and roomy. The concrete floor could use a little power washing to remove some of the oily looking streaks. Looks like someone may have stored a small car, motorcycle or some type of ATV that was leaking oil. Not ideal for storing items like mattresses but everything else was great. My items were safe and I did not encounter any issues. The location was also easy to find. On the initial visit, no one was ever in the office there. I made four trips that same day. I had to call corporate. I tried a week later and still no one in office. That could have been due to current changes. I don’t know. I would use this facility again.”

The storage facility is easy to access clean and the staff is helpful even if not always on-site. I suggest looking around the property for a staff member if one is not in the office. They may be cleaning another unit in the facility! Would use again if needed.”
