Very sssssslllllloooooowwwwin drive through. People are friendly, but if it takes 28 minutes to make a deposit, and you're the only person in the drive-through, then there's a problem. The answers I get are blamed on corporate.

In Magnolia the workers are rude and not good with customer service, it is getting to the point where I will wait in the line for 30 minutes they are severely understaffed.

I loved the location in Taylor Arkansas the people were amazing and the service was great and fast. The main location branch in Magnolia is very slow and the people not very friendly. This has been my experience the past 3 times I have went to the main branch in Magnolia AR. I will be changing banks!
