“Hello I been banking here for years and everybody has always been helpful and friendly but now when I have called lately it’s been a kinda rude unprofessional guy answering the phone like with a big attitude no don’t say thank you for calling people bank you literally have to say it to him then tell what you called for as well before he asks you anything can someone give him a hug and let him know we all have bad days and after this been my second experience with this worker I will only ask certain workers they a question from now on!”

“Was having problems out of my card plus the 3numbers on back had wore off she said no problem ill just give you one with the chip in it, must I remind you i live in Texarkana I called about getting another card the lady at the main bank told me it wasn't time even though I explain to her that I was having problems with my card but the branch didn't change one word with me replaced my card on the spot and gave me my same number how pleased I was😔
