“I have lived here for almost 4 years, and in that time, I have hardly ever had trouble here. The grounds always kept clean, security always caring for the people living here, and maintenance always responding within 24 hrs. Children getting a direct bus ride to school near the entrance. 24 hr gym and a wonderful pool for the summer. Being 10 minutes away from the city yet secluded in a quiet area where we can live peacefully. It's a place I love to come home.”

I recently relocated from Chicago to Memphis for a new job and was on the hunt for a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, as I wasn't sure about my long-term stay. After evaluating several downtown apartments that met my criteria, Metro 67 stood out despite fitting within my price range and offering the right amenities, the vibe was not quite right.
The moment I stepped into Metro 67, I was struck by the cleanliness and pleasant aroma of the lobby, as well as the reassuring security presence. The rental staff was accommodating and showed me several units, including a furnished one that I decided to rent for three months. While I initially intended to move to Germantown for a more homely and friendly atmosphere, Metro 67 stsff graciously extended my lease by an additional month to give me more time to search.
The amenities at Metro 67 are quite impressive, from the rooftop area overlooking the mighty Mississippi to the lower level, where people frequently gather. The basement features creatively repurposed bank vaults as lounging areas, a pool table, a movie theater, and an exercise room. Although I didn't use the gym much, I did enjoy watching my hometown Bears win their games in the theater.
What I'll miss most about Metro 67 is the warm and friendly staff, along with the clean, streamlined vibe. It was a tough decision to leave and move to Germantown, but I wanted a place that reminded me of my home back in Chicago. If I had stayed, I would have chosen the 12th-floor penthouse for its stunning view and ideal vibe and price.
Additionally, Metro 67 offers secured parking, accessible through a tunnel in the basement, which ensured my car from home was always safe. If secured parking isn't a priority, there's regular parking included with the rent.
I highly recommend Metro 67 if you're seeking an old-school building with a clean, streamlined feel and great vibes. Everything is within walking distance, and it truly felt like home during my four-month stay. I'm especially going to miss the staff, with whom I've become friends. Even though I'm not downtown often, I occasionally reach out to say hello or drop by for a visit. Metro 67, you've definitely got it going on.”
“I went by the Chisca on main for a walk in. Katylin was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments. She took the time for me to talk with her and get exactly what I needed. I would recommend any one to go stop by the Chisca on main. Katylin is one for the books! She’s the absolute best! I really enjoyed the Chisca on main!!!! Again, KATYLIN IS THE BEST!”

“I have been staying here Since December of 2025. This is my first apartment since I have been more local with my job. I don’t regret anything about staying here. It’s peaceful. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, brunch and hang out spots along with the Mississippi River being near by! The person that comes and pick our trash. They do a wonderful job. Along with the hallways, they are mostly cleaned on a regular basis. I absolutely love Mrs. Gina. She is so helpful along with understanding of your circumstances when they come up. She doesn’t mind helping you as long as you are communicating with her about what’s going on. My move-in process was smooth as well. I love our maintenance guy. I had 4 concerns with my unit a few weeks back. He came in and corrected everything that I had issues with. 10/10 RECOMMEND✨‼️ This is a great starter apartment to get you on your feet!”

She is such a sweetheart and told me that she could lease in her sleep and I absolutely believe her! She did an outstanding job explaining step by step on how to do everything. We talked so long and she made me feel welcome already. I am truly excited about living in the greens.”
