“The Citizen was a great apartment for the time I was there. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The pool area and lounge were nice and kept up well. My only complaint would be the trash pick-ups and trash left in public areas. A few times down the halls, I would see small boxes left, but trash cans emptied, like they skipped because they weren’t in the bag. Also, the dog area trashcan was very rarely tended to. Lastly, there was a giant beanbag left in the G2 level of the garage for months. Other than that, I would highly recommend The Citizen!”

I recently relocated from Chicago to Memphis for a new job and was on the hunt for a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, as I wasn't sure about my long-term stay. After evaluating several downtown apartments that met my criteria, Metro 67 stood out despite fitting within my price range and offering the right amenities, the vibe was not quite right.

The moment I stepped into Metro 67, I was struck by the cleanliness and pleasant aroma of the lobby, as well as the reassuring security presence. The rental staff was accommodating and showed me several units, including a furnished one that I decided to rent for three months. While I initially intended to move to Germantown for a more homely and friendly atmosphere, Metro 67 stsff graciously extended my lease by an additional month to give me more time to search.

The amenities at Metro 67 are quite impressive, from the rooftop area overlooking the mighty Mississippi to the lower level, where people frequently gather. The basement features creatively repurposed bank vaults as lounging areas, a pool table, a movie theater, and an exercise room. Although I didn't use the gym much, I did enjoy watching my hometown Bears win their games in the theater.

What I'll miss most about Metro 67 is the warm and friendly staff, along with the clean, streamlined vibe. It was a tough decision to leave and move to Germantown, but I wanted a place that reminded me of my home back in Chicago. If I had stayed, I would have chosen the 12th-floor penthouse for its stunning view and ideal vibe and price.

Additionally, Metro 67 offers secured parking, accessible through a tunnel in the basement, which ensured my car from home was always safe. If secured parking isn't a priority, there's regular parking included with the rent.

I highly recommend Metro 67 if you're seeking an old-school building with a clean, streamlined feel and great vibes. Everything is within walking distance, and it truly felt like home during my four-month stay. I'm especially going to miss the staff, with whom I've become friends. Even though I'm not downtown often, I occasionally reach out to say hello or drop by for a visit. Metro 67, you've definitely got it going on.”

“I have lived at Centennial Apts for many years. They are the best and they care about their tenants. I've had a few major repairs, but they have always taken care of it immediately. A year ago, my A/C went out on a summer night, but I submitted a maintenance ticket in the morning. The office asked me why I tolerated the heat instead of calling the emergency maintenance -- unbelievable! A year later, my A/C unit finally died (was the original system for this somewhat newer apt. complex). When they realized it was not a quick fix, they installed a portable A/C to keep me cool until the unit could be repaired---during this peak season (end of July/beginning of Aug.). Due to online reviews for other apt. complexes, I was prepared for the long haul (up to 3 weeks), but it was only a few days before an A/C crew came to replace my A/C unit. Not many management offices will provide the tenant with a temporary portable A/C, but this one does. Thank you, Samantha, Kelsey, and Cassidy! Neighbors are decent and the entire complex is quiet. Apartments come with digital security alarms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Lots of trees. Secured gates, garages (extra but worth it), dog park, swimming pool, gym, a tenant room for Amazon/overnight deliveries, off hours security guards on premises, and weekly food truck on Friday evenings. Shopping plazas, gas stations, and restaurants within walking distance (if you can tolerate the heat). 5-star rating.”

“I lived at Evergreen Terrace for a year and it was a great experience. Whenever I had issues with maintenance, they were always resolved within a day. The team at Kismet including Trinity and Tasha were great. During my search, Tasha showed me several places and was very helpful. Trinity was also really kind and helped whenever I had questions or issues.”

“Court Square Center Apartments is a great place to rent from. The management especially Ms Phyllis are kind and care about the residents. Maintenance is prompt and very professional. The place is very quiet which is nice considering it is downtown. There are many things nearby to do. Its a beautiful building.”

I moved in at the end of 2025. So far, this is pound for pound the best place I've lived in by far. They have the perfect balance of quality, price, cleanliness, attentive service, atmosphere and peace!

I work from home and I have to maintain a level of silence. With that said, I have had 0 disturbances to this date. The neighbors are so peaceful.

When there has been an issue (ice maker and then the washer gave me trouble, nothing hitting quality of life level of importance) they were at my door the next day. Marcus and Fred are always on it in a kind and professional manner!

The front office is awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Kennedie while applying. A real straight shooter who left no question unanswered. The office was even available to answer questions and concerns during the 2 week ice storm. Just unbelievably outstanding customer service!

“I have been staying here Since December of 2025. This is my first apartment since I have been more local with my job. I don’t regret anything about staying here. It’s peaceful. It’s close to a lot of restaurants, brunch and hang out spots along with the Mississippi River being near by! The person that comes and pick our trash. They do a wonderful job. Along with the hallways, they are mostly cleaned on a regular basis. I absolutely love Mrs. Gina. She is so helpful along with understanding of your circumstances when they come up. She doesn’t mind helping you as long as you are communicating with her about what’s going on. My move-in process was smooth as well. I love our maintenance guy. I had 4 concerns with my unit a few weeks back. He came in and corrected everything that I had issues with. 10/10 RECOMMEND✨‼️ This is a great starter apartment to get you on your feet!”
