“I called First National Bank to obtain some information. It was so nice to have a person pick up the phone without a multiple minute wait. The young lady that I spoke to initially requested some information and then transferred me to Will. Will picked up the phone. Amazing! I spoke to Will who was very helpful and went out of his way to provide the information I needed. He needed to do some follow up work and I received a call back within a few minutes and on the same day. Amazing! First National Bank is not my primary bank however this experience alone makes me question if they should become my primary bank. Great job!”
