“The Federal Reserve Bank of Saint Louis (Memphis Branch) is a part of the Federal Reserve. The FRB of Saint Louis also has branches in Little Rock and Louisville. Most would be surprised to learn that it is neither Federal nor a Bank. The Federal Reserve was created in 1913 and is the central banking system of the United States. It controls the money system of the country. Sometimes, the Fed does tours (Atlanta was awesome) but this branch was not open today. It's a weekend.. Instead, I walked around to see if they'd dropped any money on the street - Saint Louis has the "H" stamp on currency. None to be found today but I could hear the printers cranking out money like it's going out of fashion. [Review 19844 overall - 396 in Tennessee - 817 of 2023.]”

“On last week, I called to inquire about a opening a high-yield checking and savings account. I spoke with Samer Ibrahim, Bank Officer at the Union location. We spoke briefly, he was pleasant and I told him that I would follow-up later. On today, I called back but spoke with a different officer, but it was just about the location and hours of operation. Within minutes, Mr. Ibrahim was calling me back. At that moment, I was unavailable but he called again. Once we connected, he really wanted to hear about my needs and offered to get the process started if I had time to submit a form back to him. I completed the form, emailed it back to him and within minutes he was reporting to me indicating that my account documents will be ready once I arrived. He was equally as pleasant and professional in person. Both of my new accounts were ready and awaiting my signature. All in all, Mr. Ibrahim provided exceptional customer service, allowed questions, offered suggestions, and made it an overall good experience. I was in and out of the bank within 20 minutes!!! Because of Samer Ibrahim, its the best BANKING I've ever had! It's also a very nice location. Every aspect of it feels "personal". Thank you, Samer.”

“I have been a loyal customer since it was Wachovia. Wachovia had a very friendly and helpful staffs. Since wells fargos took over, the service remains the same or, dare I say, even a little better. The staffs and bankers are all very friendly and understanding. I was greeted with smiles every single time I been here. Can't say the same for the Germantown location. Not one time did this location gives any sort of attitude. Even though it farther from my home than the Germantown location, I always go to this branch. Never waited longer than 5 minutes and extremely helpful staffs. I decided to write this review because I got my wallet stolen and was extremely paranoid. They walked me through process with ease and beyond patience. I appreciate their empathy for me. So I greatly recommend this bank as the bank of choice.”
