“The people working here are great! While traveling from Texas to Chicago for our grandson’s graduation from Navy boot camp we were hit by debris on I-40 close to this shop. “I have used them twice now and each times they were informative and helpful. They are open on saturdays which helps me a ton, cause then I don’t have to miss work. They are polite as well. This last time took much longer than I would’ve liked but it was the 4th of July and they could’ve been short handed. As good as they have been to me that’s the only complaint I had but even that isn’t enough to take my car anywhere else. And lastly woman are looked down on or over charged for just being a woman, I’ve never felt that way they tell you what they are doing, what needs to be done in the future than hand you an easy to read receipt. If you go in with respect they return that.
Oh! When I got there a woman had her car towed there and they came out and said her car wasn’t repairable and that she needed a special shop or tool (I was entertaining 2 kids) anyway she was just going through town on her way to Texas. They allowed her and her dog sit inside and try to figure out what her next move would be.After an hour of her trying to get it together she was upset and still had no clue what she could do. I offered to drop her off at a local hotel and she took that offer and she really tried to give me money and I refused because I’ve been there and someone helped me so I was just returning the favor. But they could’ve made her leave because of her dog, but they did no such thing. They also professionally delt with answering her many questions with kindness and were kind and helpful.”
“They are quick I had a flat on eway called and they came on fast I will not use no other tire shop #hometeam got my business and sent my daughter up to him and got her straightened out to it also was a decent price to come out to me bring the tire and put in my truck love you guys yaw rock!!!!!!!!!!!!?”
“Had a flat tire this morning. Took it & was able to get it repair even though I thought I was going to have to get a whole new tire. They were so nice & friendly! Took a while for them to get to me but they were busy & once they did I had no complaints! Will definitely return if necessary. Recommending to everyone I know!”
“A Lifesaver During a Cross-Country Crisis!
I cannot recommend this Goodyear Tire location enough, especially Jeffery and his amazing team! My car started overheating in the middle of a cross-country move, and I was incredibly lucky to pull into their lot. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed me, my kids, and even my pets inside, making a stressful situation so much easier. They went above and beyond, helping us get a hotel for the night while they began to repaired my car. I'm so incredibly thankful for the kindness and exceptional service provided by Jeffery and his team. They truly saved the day!”
“So, this is no longer Wingfoot Truck Care, it's Southern Tire Mart. My radiator reservoir needed to be replaced, 2019 Volvo 760.
