“It's really telling how many of the people in these reviews have either worked in retail or even try to be understanding about how much service people go through on a day to day.
We have been going here for about 2 years for our meds and we have had to wait long times but this location is always very busy as it serves a wide area, many might I add are elderly so ya know.... their demand is high?? They also can't control when people show up 5 minutes after their meds have been sent in and then refuse to move and want to wait for the entire 35 minutes it takes for their meds to be filled. Maybe blame the people in line being a p.i.t.a not the pharmacy crew busting their butts??
They have gone out of their way to help us get our meds that we need on a daily basis and if we have ever had a question about a delay or if we really need a refill asap, they have gone out of their way to either find another location or expedite a shipment in if they can. (National shortages are thing yall come on now) a little calm respectful communication goes a long way <3
They were also so incredibly lovely and kind when I had to get some shots and almost fainted, as this is a normal thing for me and happens all the time with needles omg no its not the vaccine itself calm down, and they were constantly checking on me until I was a-okay to go home.
I an generally pretty weary of walgreens as a whole bc even other locations around little rock have been a bit of a nightmare but none of them have been as helpful and genuine as this crew. <3”
“I actually own a shop similar to this one out of state. This facility is all new and up to date and very clean all the time. Kris the owner is very knowledgeable and loves what he does. It is very nice to be able to bounce ideas, issues, and thoughts with a business owner in the same market. Kris is great guy to deal with and take lots of pride in the product he puts put.”

“As like most through travelers - I’m always looking for a safe place to stop & rest for a few minutes if not the night. Was making the drive cross country and had a sleeping mat in the back of my car and it’s always a toss up between if the area is safe / not. This gets the full 5 stars for safety. We had the windows slightly rolled down and noise was very low until about 8:30 & no issues throughout the night. Very clean insides and bathrooms were great. All the staff were very friendly and most of the customers were among the church going / working class crowd. Very pleasurable experience and would stay overnight here again. Picture attached for where we parked overnight for all thru-car campers.”

“Very good chicken parmesan when they have it in stock, I haven't had the pizza in a long time as I'm stuck on eating the chicken parmesan, however the pizza is delicious as well! Not to long of a wait and the ladies that work here are hard working and polite! Leave them a good tip!”

“The customer service is a lot better. Courteous and polite. Before, the staff was just rude. Spoke to you in any manner, unprofessional. But now it is a totally different staff with manners and professionalism. But parking, getting in and out is still very hard due to the area- Markham. But nice store. Tell the staff how much you appreciate the courtesy, they deserve it.”

“I can't remember ever stopping in this location. I pass by it numerous times during the week. I just had to purchase a Powerball ticket with jackpot worth 1 Billion. The cashier was not present when I walked in. She greeted me as she was walking up behind the counter. She was nice and called me to the other register. I pray I win.”

“I found the store to be clean and well stocked. If you bike the nearby trail like me there is a rack outside to park your bicycle. Nice touch. Lots of things to choose from. From hotdogs to caramel popcorn and everything in-between. As far as fuel goes they do have two diesel pumps. I'm not sure if their fuel contains ethanol. This is good to know if you drive a car that has carbureation. ?”

“We stopped by here on our road trip. We walked in as the proprietor just finished cleaning up the coffee pot at 7:00 p.m. When he realized that we were wanting coffee, he put on a fresh pot of coffee for us. They also have a very clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“My overall experience with Kum & Go has always been positive. If there is one thing that Kum & Go does for me, then that one thing would be that it saves me money. It is common for me to stop by a gas station before and sometimes after work to grab some drinks and other items. Kum & Go gives pretty good discounts if you are buying multiple beverages as opposed to many other gas stations/convenience stores, which don't really offer you much of anything for shopping there.”
