I’m glad she is there to help because going back to my phone from a mistaken phone that they gave me is pretty much a big problem and besides my phone was already shipped so they settled it there and allowed me to have the new phone. It was a great help. I appreciate it very much.”

“I read the old reviews before going in today and I honestly was disheartened and prepared myself to be extra patient; but I had to go in today to move my service and modem to a new location. My experience today was completely contrary to all the bad reviews. As soon as I walked in the store manager greeted me and personally escorted me to a service desk with Marcus. Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and personable and made sure that not only did I have a seamless customer service in getting my modem transferred, he saved me money on my monthly bill AS WELL AS get higher speed. Strongly recommend this store now for all your Xfinity needs. Somebody give Marcus a raise please!”

“Reviews are way too low on this company. I switched from AT&T last year because I was constantly having issues with my U-verse connection and was also switching to YouTubeTV. AT&T U-verse still has data caps if you stream TV other than DirecTV. Fidelity's pricing is very straightforward and there aren't a bunch of fees tacked on. Service is excellent and support is responsive. The connection is fast and reliable. My only issue is that their pricing goes up higher the first two years. Obvious bundling with Fidelity or AT&T or any other company gives you better discounts. For now I am a happy customer!”
