She helpful and explained most of the information I think was necessary to make me comfortable was my decision at the time. She has a lot of experience with AT&T and that comes across as she appears confident in the brand.”

“Darwin Zavala was actually the consultant that assisted me at the Financial Centre Pkwy store . I was more than impressed with his knowledge, and level of customer care. He was able to set up my fiber appointment (tomorrow!) that I had not been successful in setting up online. He also discussed service improvements to expect once fiber is installed. While in my account, he found additional opportunities for savings and took action on my behalf to take advantage of those. He was very helpful (and patient!) It is rare that new services can be added while actually decreasing monthly fees. Thank you Darwin and AT&T for a nice surprise whie visiting AT&T.”
