Quality Suites offers clean and well-prepared rooms, with a staff that is generally friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome. The breakfast has received mixed reviews, with some guests enjoying it while others noted changes under new management, leading to fewer options. The hotel is conveniently located, but there are concerns about the presence of smoking near the entrance and a strong smell of marijuana in the evenings.
Guests have appreciated the hotel’s unique feature of caring for a cat, which adds a personal touch and shows kindness towards animals. However, some visitors have reported issues, such as uncomfortable sofa beds, creaky floors, and cleanliness concerns, including sticky floors and walls needing maintenance. While many have enjoyed their stays and recommend the hotel, others have expressed disappointment, indicating they might seek different accommodations for future visits. Overall, Quality Suites has a mix of strengths and weaknesses that potential guests should consider.
