Not everyone who has banked with Simmons after 20 years should be treated like a criminal. The staff is just terrible at customer service. I hate having to go to the Maumelle location. As part of their training, they should be required to go through the drive through at Regions Bank down the road. Do better!

I'm kinda blown away at the ATM. This location NEVER cleans the machine. Covid is making its runs again and the machine has not been cleaned for months. There are spider webs and spiders all over it. It's ridiculous that I have to fight off a spider to use the card machine.
