On the flip side, when I encounter GREAT service, I feel like that info should be addressed as well. “this week i came to this bank to ask questions about moving my accounts to here since i live nearby. as soon as i walked in the door i was greeted with smiles and helpful people ( Kayla and Kalie) i met Courtney who answered all my questions professionally and patiently. i was so impressed i immediately drove to my long time bank, got cashiers checks and came back to open accounts with Courtney. the branch manager Jessica followed up with a call to me to ensure i had a good experience and i assured her i did—and that all the employees deserved a raise! i have told several people already how i am impressed with all the staff. today i came back and got help from Courtney again to set up my app. so glad i made the change to this bank!”
