“this week i came to this bank to ask questions about moving my accounts to here since i live nearby. as soon as i walked in the door i was greeted with smiles and helpful people ( Kayla and Kalie) i met Courtney who answered all my questions professionally and patiently. i was so impressed i immediately drove to my long time bank, got cashiers checks and came back to open accounts with Courtney. the branch manager Jessica followed up with a call to me to ensure i had a good experience and i assured her i did—and that all the employees deserved a raise! i have told several people already how i am impressed with all the staff. today i came back and got help from Courtney again to set up my app. so glad i made the change to this bank!”

“Whenever I encounter inadequate service, I usually if not always make the institution/restaurant/etc aware of the situation. On the flip side, when I encounter GREAT service, I feel like that info should be addressed as well. This review is of the positive nature for the Maumelle US Bank branch and in particular for Erica P., a bank employee. She ALWAYS provides great, personable service and goes above and beyond making sure that my banking needs are always met. Huge kudos to Erica for her consistently exceptional service!!!”

“I recently moved from Texas where I've been most of my life. I had an account with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. When I moved to Arkansas I realized that Wells Fargo has NO, I repeat, No branches anywhere in the entire state of Arkansas. My guess after dealing with closing my account is because Wells Fargo doesn't have your best interest at heart but Regions does. This branch has good people with great customer service skills who know their job well and they helped me with every question I had. I feel privileged to call Regions my financial institution.”
