HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. They never deliver my mail to the correct address and it’s extremely annoying because I’m the one that has to go door to door to find my package 🙄

The staff who work in the maumelle office are incompetent. They are disrespectful and think that they own the place. They are not helpful whatsoever… they need to be fired and replaced by more competent people with social skills!

It’s insanely rude and unprofessional to be on a personal call with AirPods, while dealing with a customer. Federal employees should know how to conduct themselves.
