501 Commerce Drive, Maumelle AR 72113
“I accidentally put a very important letter that was not ready to be mailed in the mailbox at the Maumelle Post Office by mistake over a weekend. I realized it later that night, so I called first thing Monday morning. I spoke with the manager about my dilemma and knowing how busy they are, felt bad asking for help. Needless to say, the manager was not only very polite and understanding, they were able to find the letter and get it back to me. I am very grateful and appreciate all they did to help us.”

“When I visited there the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The inside is also very neat and tidy with envelopes and boxes. There is ample parking space as well.”

“Love this post office. Lol at the person that left a bad review because they had to wait behind slow old people buying money orders. As if that’s this post office’s fault. Everyone that works here has always been cool, especially the ladies. I love the location. Really convenient for me since I live and work right downtown. No post office will probably ever be perfect but this is an extremely decent, clean, easily accessible location. There are definitely some others in LR/NLR that are a nightmare compared to this one.”

“I walked in as they opened and was immediately assisted; I had a total of 11 packages and I was out the door in 10 minutes. This is the first open post office close to my house, so I love that they are so efficient!”

“I don’t get any of the 1 star complaints. I used to live an hour away and STILL drove here to drop my packages off. The staff is extremely pleasant to deal with, I used to have a P.O Box here as well. I just love it. I now live 10 mins away and can’t be any happier with their service and facility. The people who run the mail, same thing, extremely kind when I catch them by the mailbox. ❤️?”

“I am a full-time internet reseller, and I have been to a lot of post offices, and I can tell you without a doubt this is the best one in Central Arkansas. A guy named Brian is the reason. He is 100% amazing and scans all of my packages instantly and properly, and that helps me out so much with keeping buyers happy. I drive a little further just to deal with Brian and be sure everything is done right. Dude is a hard worker and knows his stuff inside and out. I think he's retired military, so he's very professional. If he ever retires I don't know what I will do. Haha!”

“They do have a couple of the most professional friendly people ive ever had the pleasure in which to become acquainted. Two bad eggs do not spoil the entire dozen. Allthough... Well, it is still the best post office around here.”

“It was not great that I had to go pick up my package that was too big for her jeep but fit fine in my small car. Gentleman that waited on me took the box to my car for me.”
