All of my packages have at least a week delay once they arrive at this office. Staff is as polite when I've gone up there but I guess the back room is just a black hole.

My package has been showing that it’s in Maumelle since 4 am the day before I was SUPPOSED to get it. Waited all day the day of and then shortly before they closed it changed to tomorrow. And they don’t allow you to pick up the package at their facility.
