“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic. During the recent winter storm, one of my dogs had a medical emergency and Pleasant Valley was the only open clinic I could find in town. They were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment. Unfortunately, we had to put my sweet girl down. Everyone at this clinic was incredibly kind, compassionate and respectful throughout the whole process. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and empathy. The few phones calls and interactions since my girl has passed have also been very thoughtful and kind. I just can't say enough good things about this clinic and the way they treated both me and, more importantly, my sweet Reese. Thank you to everyone who works here for the compassion you show animals and their humans”

“Sprite, our cat, has a potentially serious condition. We got a tentative diagnosis, several options and tests, and a treatment.
We were impressed with the doctor's (Barret?) knowledge and compassion and even humor when we discussed Sprite's potentially serious condition. It was the first time a vet sat down to take our questions, instead of half heading out the door or passing on to an aide. I know they see a lot of animals but I got the impression they liked Sprite immediately just as he's part of our family.”
“Dr. Hodges was awesome. Very informative. Lots of questions still out there but I feel like he's doing all he possibly can. It's just a weird set of symptoms and I have to be patient waiting for answers. Best service I have ever had a vet. ❤️”

Dr Larry repaired both ACLs on one of my dogs, about one month apart. Dr Joan and Dr Larry diagnosed and treated another of my dogs for bartonella, a vector borne disease. I think they literally pulled him from the brink of death. Since Dr Joan retired, they have been cared for Dr Tiffany Skinner, who trained with the Nafe's daughter at OSU. I can't overemphasize what great care she has provided to my pups. I just can't imagine taking my dogs anywhere but Hillcrest Animal Hospital.”

“Recently took my rescue cat for her first visit to the vet today. I was definitely more stressed than the cat, but everyone at Park Hill Pet Clinic couldn't have been better! The layout is nice and clean, we were seen quickly and the were pros in making sure my pet was as calm as could be. Dr. Mary amd her crew were all a joy to talk to. I'm relieved to know such a great clinic is near by.”
“I take my dogs here to be groomed bc I've been able to schedule same day appointments every time that I've gone, they are less expensive than other the vet/groomers that I've used previously, and my dogs aren't too difficult for them to handle. For years two of my dogs have required sedation to get even basic grooming services, and a lot of times even with a sedative the groomer/vet still couldn't clip my pit bull's nails. Some how, the groomers at petsense always complete all grooming services and without a sedative or muzzle!”

They tested her very thoroughly and were able to treat her. She stayed overnight for fluids. Now she’s back to her usual self.
