“I had an emergency situation arise over a weekend. I needed a neuro vet on Monday! I got fit in and was very well cared for by Dr. Zimmerman/Nafe! My regular vet wasn’t in the week before so I saw another vet at my clinic that I’ve never met before. He, unfortunately, didn’t listen to me or review the vet ER notes and put 2/2 together. Treated my boy for an infection on the skin. It was a neuro crisis that needed treated with steroids, muscle relaxants, and pain meds with strict confined rest and I’m so grateful it worked out that day I could get squeezed in. Dr. Zimmerman is awesome and I will be returning my pet business back to Hillcrest Animal Hospital!”

From the moment we arrived, the doctor and the entire staff treated my puppy with such genuine care and compassion. I was referred to by my vet at Lancaster pet clinic in Lancaster which is thee best vet knows what their doing compared to sears and other vets that gave me the run around when it came to my dogs ear infection. They flushedout & medicated her ears w the 14 day e-pack in her ears that cost me only $177 compared to the other sears vet that charged me $300 & over for everything not related to her .”

“Dr. Beach and the staff are always great with my pets, and they go above and beyond to help my dogs. They’ve always taken my pets for emergencies, despite them having a very full schedule. They can always work me in, but they are not an emergency vet! If your pet is having a real true emergency, take them to a clinic that advertises as an emergency vet! People are complaining that they couldn’t get their pet in quick enough for an emergency, but they do not advertise or claim to be an emergency vet. They will try their best to help in an emergency, but if you really want an emergency vet, go to one. They stay busy for a reason. Dr. Beach has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable, the staff is very friendly and they truly care about your pets. They’ve even taken a look at a guinea pig for me before! I recommend them to everyone and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my pets.”

Dr Larry repaired both ACLs on one of my dogs, about one month apart. Dr Joan and Dr Larry diagnosed and treated another of my dogs for bartonella, a vector borne disease. I think they literally pulled him from the brink of death. Since Dr Joan retired, they have been cared for Dr Tiffany Skinner, who trained with the Nafe's daughter at OSU. I can't overemphasize what great care she has provided to my pups. I just can't imagine taking my dogs anywhere but Hillcrest Animal Hospital.”
