“Wow...just wow! If Dr. Karen is not your pet's doctor, then she should be. You are missing out, if not. I love, love, love her and her staff as well. I am a picky dog mommy. I brought in my Chihuahua, who is the light of my life. Dr. Karen took the time to thoroughly examine my baby. She and her assistant took a lot of time with her.(not in the hurried manner some docs take). Dr Karen determined it was a cyst that needed to be removed very soon. I felt devastated by this news. My baby..surgery? No!I was a complete wreck the day of the scheduled surgery. I did make a few requests beforehand, one of which was: please let me stay with her until she goes under anesthesia. The other was, please let me be there while she comes out of surgery...both of which were honored. I asked Dr Karen and her assisting tech to come out to the lobby to pray for comfort and a good outcome. (a lot to ask I thought, but they honored that, too). They were sweet and understanding of such a nervous mommy.I went to the car to wait, as not to make a spectacle of myself in my worst state. I indicated I would be just outside and asked that they let me know when my bay was finished. It took only 30 minutes, which seemed to me like hours, but they texted to let me know she was through surgery. They allowed me to come back in to hold her at that point. Dr. Karen came in to personally write down all I needed to do once I arrived home and for the days that followed. (I believe she knew I might forget given my state at the time).I shall never forget the kindness and love that she and her staff showed me that hard day. My baby came through with flying colors...me, I was a complete mess but it is all in the past now. My baby is great.If you want a doctor who truly cares, loves and listens to you, spends time with you and your pet and above all is completely and totally knowledgeable..Dr. Karen should be your choice. She will always be mine.”
“So glad I started coming to this vet. All of the staff and Dr. Bridges make me feel very comfortable with the care of my child (aka my dog). She had to have a big surgery to remove some cancer and they calmed me when I was a nervous wreck. They took amazing care of my sweet baby and made me feel at ease. The front desk staff as well as all of the techs are incredibly kind and made me feel very welcomed during every visit. Wouldn't take her anywhere else.”

“Hands down the best vet to trust with your animals! I have been to two other vets with my dog, Henry, and Cantrell Animal Clinic has been the best. Recently, Henry had surgery and they were so sweet with him, gave me regular updates, answered all my questions, gave me advice for various situations, talked to me upfront about costs, etc. I feel like they love my Henry just as much as I do! They got me in quickly for the first surgery and again when his incision needed to be sutured a week later, due to his ability to lick the incision without my knowledge. Henry is 11 years old and I am so thankful to have them in his aging years. I wish I had started going to them years ago.”

“Due to moving we’ve had to find a new vet, and Dr. Beam was able to get us in quickly and every visit has been great. Our dog Levi is a rescue and is extremely anxious, and to be honest is a nightmare at any vet. Dr. Beam and his staff are always very patient with him and do all they can to make sure he is taken care of. They also do a fantastic job of communicating everything that goes on during a visit.”

“Dr. Razer and Dr. Gibson were wonderful with my dog Tonks. She is 11 and I was referred to HAH by my vet in Conway for removal of several tumors. Dr. Razer examined her, was so patient and really took the time to discuss options. She oversaw her care and gave me post-op instructions. Dr. Gibson did her surgery removing 6 lumps, 4 lipomas and 2 types of cancer. She went above and beyond and was so patient and kept me informed every step of the way. Both doctors and all the staff were great and treated my dog and I both with kindness and compassion. I absoulutely recommend them.”
“On Tue my normal vet couldn't fit my cat in until Monday and he was having urinary issues Hillcrest got him in Wed and Thurs bc I was so worried and they didn't cost an arm and a leg. They will probably become my regular vet from now on.”
“I felt a little short changed. Nurse checked over my pet; then took her away for shots. Nurse returned with pet and the doctor. Doctor said pet was doing fine and we were done. Disappointed. I would like to be present when doctor checks my pet. I don’t like feeling that the doctor rushed things.”
