“My transmission was rebuilt a few years ago by a different shop and it went bad in less than 10k miles. I called that shop and they had closed their doors, my fault picking them I guess. I called around and looked at reviews of several shops. I talked to K&D probably on about my 4th shop call and could tell right away how much more helpful he was at answering questions and walking me through his process. To make it even better, he had a very fair price.

Kerry had to tow my truck to his shop. He quoted me the price in the beginning but I honestly do not think he even charged me in the end for the towing. He fixed my transmission and a couple other items on my truck he and I discussed in just a few days and still just charged me the originally quoted price for the transmission.

Unfortunately, a brand new piston that he used was bad and the transmission messed up a few days later. Kerry went out of his way past 6:00 that night to pick the truck back up and tow it to his shop. He promptly found the problem and fixed it again with a more expensive ACDelco piston. He even drove the truck to my house 25 miles away when he was done!

I am very appreciative of how fair his pricing was but more importantly how above and beyond he went to take care of me. Wish everyone operated that way. Highly recommend K&D!”
