“I noticed one of my tires was flat after lunch today. I used my air compressor to put air it and took it to Discount Tire and Brake on Kanis, as I had purchased my tires there. Lorenzo called me a couple of hours later and said my car was ready to go. It had a nail in it. They didn't charge me anything to patch the tire! Great people and great place to buy your next set of tires or replace your breaks.”

My extended family members and I use Big Brand for everything from oil change/tire rotation, new tires (5 sets), to repairing a tire that picked up a screw. Total of 7 cars are in their rotation for maintenance. Was in this morning for a screw in a tire, was in/out within 30 min. No charge. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

I had a 9AM appointment for my malfunctioning brakes at Landers Toyota but after they didn’t even start looking at the car by the time they closed, I decided I needed to go elsewhere. Made a morning appointment with Parkway and when I arrived they were very professional and even immediately jumped in the car and rode with me to listen to the noise I was describing. That’s service! We then talked through the situation and they helped me make an informed decision about my next steps even though they didn’t make money off of the best option. I appreciate that honesty a ton.
