“Definitely NOT a rip-off auto shop. I went in for 2 front tires and a safety inspection on 6-22-23. Told them I already know I need to replace drivers brakes. They could have taken advantage of me and got more money from me. They were completely HONEST and shown the brakes were great and they only recommend an alignment. Will be the only place I take my car to now. It's hard to find a trustworthy auto shop but this shop is just that. I highly recommend to any and everyone to go to them.Services: Tires”

They do understand a bit of Spanish as well while I was there I offered to translate because a customer showed up who was Spanish speaker only but I didn’t even need to because the gentleman there knew exactly the customer was trying to say before I even translated. Very good service and I am coming again to get the rest of my car fixed.”

“I let this sit for a few weeks - it is auto repair after all, you want to see how it ages after the work! - and everything has held up great. These folks are everything you want when your breaks go out. Hopefully that never happens to you, but if it DOES, they'll get you taken care of. So my breaks went out, and I called my dealership (who I've gone to for maintenance and repairs for years) and wasn't able to reach anyone. At all. I called Discount Tire & Break because of a long history of excellent reviews, and not only did I reach someone immediately, but that someone was knowledgeable, prompt, and said they could get me a spot as soon as I could get my car in. I drove on in (extremely carefully, like you do when your breaks are basically shot) and they were terrific. Prompt service, up-front and honest communication, and they did great work. Can't recommend it enough. *My dealership did get back to me as I was *leaving* DT&B, and said they could maybe get me in in two days. My car is the family car with the car seats in it, and I had to pick up my kids that day - obviously that wasn't an option. Luckily Discount Tire & Break was there when I needed them.”
