You're bound to leave with something. For being so close to the holiday of Christmas, the store was fairly organized. Very busy but everyone was still friendly.”

“first time to ever shop at Belk. they were having some big sales and I got some really nice shirts at a great price. Store seemed understaffed, and all of the areas were cluttered with piles of unfolded clothes, I assume from shoppers. We had to go all the way to the opposite side of the store to find someone that could check us out, and there was a very slow moving line with only one cashier.”
“Shon, was working the exit. I had recently had surgery and told him I would need someone to help me load my heavy water bottles.He enthusiastically volunteered to help me. It was very refreshing to have someone who seemed glad he was able to help! Thank you, Shon!”
“Lost a star due to rude cashier. Barely said 2 words to me. I thought I had enough money on my gift card and I didn’t so I had to find my debit card and she was very impatient and kept tapping on the counter with the gift card I gave her. Then I said “I am so sorry” about 3 times she didn’t say anything. It took me less than a min to get my debit card out and I paid. I said thank you and she ignored me. I didn’t get to see her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Other than that, my experience was great. Guess I’ll use self checkout next time.”
“The store is very spacious, bright and hygienic. Every shelf is well stocked with products and neatly displayed. No shelves are sparse. This store is recommended because it is easy to find the products you want!”

There were over 200 comments praising Charles for being so pleasant and helpful. Charles does a wonderful job of greeting the public. He keeps the scooters charged up for the disabled. My husband is disabled and this means a lot to us.”
