“I usually find something to buy because the prices are reasonable. This store was crowded with people for a Thursday afternoon. I guess that is a good sign. Holiday decor was being set up in the rear of the store so I didn't bother to go back there to look. The line to checkout was long, but it moved quickly.”
“Im giving a 5 star rating for this location only because its a very well kept store. But some of the employees are JUDGEMENTAL due to the way a customer dress apparently. If you come a little before opening. Some employees assume you came for other than to shop. I was waiting and a white lady came and open the door for another employee. She greeted me kindly amd closed door and locked. Then as she came to place cones outside, while being watched by another employee. Another Guy approached me asking if im waiting to go inside store..i replied yes! Then HE INSISTED I WAIT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN BY THE DOOR THE LADY JUST OPEN AND CLOSED AND LOCKED...SHE SAW I WASNT A THREAT AT ALL.. BUT THE BLACK GUY ASSUMED I WAS. JUDGEMENTAL DISCRIMINATION IS REAL”

“At the West Little Rock store, I couldn't get a barcode to scan on a couple of sale items. She was right there, entered them manually AND gave me an additional 25% discount 'for my trouble'.
The store is always clean and neat and I have never met a rude or 'I don't have time for you' sales associate there.”

“I went into the store a bit late, but on a mission to find just some sort of loosely-fitted, cute t-shirt. I usually wear about M to L shirts. From the time I came in, at about 9:30pm, it took me all of the last 30 mins the store was op pen to be able to find what I was looking for and even asking for help locations anything similar was made to seem like a burden, making me feel a lot like they just wanted me out so they could go home. So, instead of buying that,I ended up buying 2 things from their clearance rack instead. Overall, I felt quite unappreciated as a customer due to the employees' very apparent desire to go home.”
“This is one of my favorite Walmarts. Most of the time it is quiet, well stocked and the employees are a bit friendlier compared to others.
I live 3 minutes away from a Walmart, yet I drive 15 minutes to go to this one. The older gentleman at the SCO is always friendly and stays upbeat.
The only thing that needs improvement is the attitude of other employees, they don’t really speak to anyone. I’m not asking for a whole conversation, I’m just saying a little “hi” or “how are you” goes a long way.”

“I love shopping at walmart, but Walmart on shackleford will need to love me a little more; I am an early shopper, in and out, before the good meat is gone; Walmart has nice and friendly associates there even early in the morning, smiling and being polite, that early; I love that, but if I buy as much as need to buy, there are no check-out people, and I am too slow on the self check-out. I love you Walmart, now you love me back, get that five stars and let me spend more money, and even if it is on early morning.”

“I absolutely love this Dollar Tree! The store is exceptionally neat and organized, which is hard to come by in Little Rock. They have such a wide selection of items, including so many nice finds—I honestly would buy the entire store if I could.
I was able to find everything I needed and even a few extra goodies. This location definitely did not disappoint. Thank you to the team at this Dollar Tree for maintaining such a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked store. I truly had an amazing shopping experience and will definitely be back! ?”
“I try to avoid big box stores but today had to do it. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”
“I had a great experience with jewelry department. This is actually one of the better stock stores in Little Rock for many items. I was impressed with how clean it was and would recommend driving the little extra distance to go here if possible.”
“I am one of those people who refuse to use self checkout. This store is all self checkout. Mr. Marvell, the checkout manager, saw me looking for a cashier and offered to check me out. He handled the complete transaction and bagged my purchases. He was so friendly and helpful! Walmart needs more employees like him.”

“This is a wonderful Walmart in Little Rock. If the bus still goes right up to the door that's great. I was always able to find everything I needed and wanted. The employees were always so nice and helpful no matter what the situation was. I love the custom made cakes from the bakery department!!!

“I was just visiting in the area but wanted to check out this huge Dillard's since I shop often at the small Dillard's in my hometown. It did not disappoint. So much beautiful merchandise. I especially enjoyed the huge selection of clothing for children and the Christmas shop.”
