“I usually find something to buy because the prices are reasonable. This store was crowded with people for a Thursday afternoon. I guess that is a good sign. Holiday decor was being set up in the rear of the store so I didn't bother to go back there to look. The line to checkout was long, but it moved quickly.”

He was kind and upbeat, going out of his way to make it easy for me to try on many clothing items, giving me a room in front and putting the clothes I could not take in(limit 6) within reach. “I went into the store a bit late, but on a mission to find just some sort of loosely-fitted, cute t-shirt. I usually wear about M to L shirts. From the time I came in, at about 9:30pm, it took me all of the last 30 mins the store was op pen to be able to find what I was looking for and even asking for help locations anything similar was made to seem like a burden, making me feel a lot like they just wanted me out so they could go home. So, instead of buying that,I ended up buying 2 things from their clearance rack instead. Overall, I felt quite unappreciated as a customer due to the employees' very apparent desire to go home.”
“I try to avoid big box stores but today had to do it. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”
“Every time I come into the Walmart it never disappoint me. We had a very professional and knowledgeable cashier. She was able to answer questions we asked her. “My experience was awesome as always but I just have to commend a young employee named Riah....I was in line behind a very rude customer who raised her voice at this young lady over 3 pennies......Riah stayed professional and was still courteous when checking me out and still wished the grumpy lady a good day. Whoever her parents are and whoever hired her should be proud. Great job maam”

“I visited this Five Below on Tuesday (2 days ago) and met Brandi. She was the friendliest sales associate I have ever met. I, like everyone else on the planet, have spent weeks looking for the viral dumplings. I have been to Five Below’s in 3 states the past week. Unfortunately, I was not treated nicely at any other locations… however, EVERYONE at this location was extra personable and genuine. I returned the next day and met Mrs Kim, whom I believe is the store manager. She was a ray of sunshine!!!! She informed me and other customers around that she was hopeful they would have dumplings in stock on Thursday. I arrived at the store before opening on Thursday and had the pleasure of meeting the new District Manager. I was SO excited to tell her how INCREDIBLE her staff was at this location. We were able to purchase our limits of dumplings and all of my cousins and nephews are as happy as they can be!!! I will 1000000% be traveling over 100 miles from home just to shop at this Five Below in the future!! I have never experienced sales associates in any store that were as friendly and accommodating as the staff here. Everyone that works here goes above and beyond for their customers and you can tell that they truly LOVE their jobs!! I have worked in retail for 15+ years and it is so refreshing to find associates that love their jobs as much as this staff does! THANK YOU for making our trip to Little Rock to special!! We will be back VERY soon!”

“I am one of those people who refuse to use self checkout. This store is all self checkout. Mr. Marvell, the checkout manager, saw me looking for a cashier and offered to check me out. He handled the complete transaction and bagged my purchases. He was so friendly and helpful! Walmart needs more employees like him.”

“This was an excellent Dilllards, all the staff where friendly and helpful and helped us find the department we needed. I was trying to decide from two different rolling briefcases and the lady helping me went out of her way to help me assess the pros and cons of each one, even told me to feel free to bring my work stuff in to pack the bag and try it out before I bought it. I am very happy with my purchase and it made my orientation meeting the next day go very smoothly. No more schlepping multiple smaller bags around. Now I can just roll in looking like the professional I am!”
