“Their customer service went above and beyond. I woke up on a Monday morning to find my refrigerator had stopped working. I went to Bates picked out a new refrigerator and by shortly after lunch Bates had my new fridge delivered to my house and installed. They even took the time to look at my old fridge and diagnose what might be the problem. You do not find the customer service like this anymore. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will defiantly be going back and would recommend them to anyone.”
