“Great customer service! We are very pleased by the service we’ve had each time we’ve visited. Special interest and attention is given each time. Most recently we had to visit a few times for school uniform orders and they’ve had so much patience with everyone amidst vendor challenges. My daughter enjoys petting their store dog each time as well. 😊”
“Very friendly employee. There are so many things to look through. It was kind of overwhelming, but if you need it, they may have it! Prices were a little high on a few items we were looking at ($75 for a bathing suit that was on clearance), but I highly recommend you check this place out. They carry firearm and firearm equipment (including concealed carry bags and holsters), clothing, shoes, and everything fishing (even a boat!).”
“Only been in a handful of times and the employees are always friendly and the store is always clean. Mainly just stop in to get some candy because we like to mix match candy. We have bought 2 T-shirts and they seem to be of the same quality you would get from Walmart and have held up nicely. Pretty cool store.”
“Amazing customer service. I had an issue with the Terra Rotary vice I purchased through Bass Pro Shop. I called and spoke to Tiffany. She was able to get me the new thumb screw I needed sent to me. I wish all companies treated customers the way I was treated.

“I’ve bought at least 10k work of guns from Bob’s over the last twelve years. I don’t know that I’d ever buy another gun or ever will go through another FFL if they don’t have it in stock. They need to set up a silencer co kiosk and they’d be golden. They are outstanding- neck to neck with the finest in the world in their ownership and customer service.”
