“I was visiting from out of town. I came to the area to visit with family and try my luck at the Diamond Crater State Park. I forgot some essentials so my friend and I made an early morning trip to the Nashville Walmart. We were greeted with friendly associates. The associates were helpful by directing us to the areas where we needed to shop. This was very appreciated, since it shortened our already hurried visit. The store was very organized and clean. There was only one flaw in a perfect visit. It was a female associate who was picking items for an online purchase. She stood in our way, refusing to move while we attempted to move around her and her cart, so that we could obtain the needed items on the shelf. This happened in the produce area, the frozen food area, the bread isle (where she almost ran me over with her cart, not because she didn’t see me she just refused to let me go in front of her) the again in the soda and chip isles at the back of the store and finally again on our way to check out. I don’t know Walmart’s policy on how these associates are to interact with shopping customers, but I am pretty sure it’s not the way we were treated. She never apologized for almost running me over or any of the times she so rudely tried to ignore us because we were in her way. We checked out with every other associate being very friendly and a greeter who was very very pleasant.”
“Dropped in to see what they had on sale while traveling through Nashville. Bought 10 very good quality t- shirts that were on sale for a $1.00 a piece. Very friendly staff.”
