“There are so many great things I can say about Lakewood House but here's a few.
The location is great! The grounds and building are well maintained by the maintenance and housekeeping staff. The atmosphere is so inviting. As far as management she's awesome always helpful and willing to help and she goes the extra mile. The units are spacious with great views. It's definitely a place to call home.”

“I loved how clean, crisp, and quiet it was. Walking in the heat to view units was awful. You really need a golf cart. I was drenched in sweat by the time we got back to the office. Your rep was knowledgeable and kind. It is definitely in my top three sites, as I make my decision.”
“I toured a 1 bedroom/1bathroom I'm early July then I decided to move here. The application process was easy and I was able to pay online. The movie process was simple. I like that I was given an electronic key. The apartment I was given was clean and looked exactly like the model apartment I was shown. I have been here for 2 months now and I love living downtown and being within walking distance to restaurants. I have had two maintenance requests and they were completed promptly. The staff here is nice.”

“I have lived at this apartment complex for close to a decade and been through more than 5 ownerships. They all have been non-responsive to maintenance requests and general tenant needs. It felt unsafe here for many years. * The current management has made great efforts to improve all aspects of living here. Management listens and is fair. In particular, Shanice has been very professional, attentive, and addressed issues promptly with personal follow-up. Her efforts to bring this community and complex up to speed have been noticeable and appreciated. Thank you Shanice!”

“I did a walk-in tour and had a great experience from start to finish. Jessie gave me the tour and answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel comfortable and easy.
Shaneska and Kera also greeted me as soon as I came in and made me feel very welcome. The office had such a friendly and positive atmosphere. I ended up applying the same day and was approved the very same day, which made the process even better and stress-free.
