“Reading the reviews the place spunds lovely and I might consider it being one of my first apartments but I do have a small child and im unsure is this like an elderly community home or open to everyone and is it super expensive plus is there independent utilities because I would like a place were its rent minus all of the utilities except lights and water of course”
