Overall: I think it’s one of the better apartment complexes in the area. The maintenance crew is very friendly and quick to respond on most work orders. They kept me from lowering my star count.

The building was built in the late 2000s and we’ve been seeing everything get replaced over the past several years. I’ve lived here for the better part of a decade.

The 15 year old dishwasher was replaced: the replacement came with far fewer options. Not even a “Dry” option on the control panel. The new dishwasher is literally (On or Off). Previously we had various wash and dry options.

The 15 year old washer was replaced; the “new” washer can’t handle anything more than “Medium Agitation” and nothing more than a “medium large load” as it will send a grinding noise throughout the entire apartment. Also, it gets “unbalanced” easily (especially on small loads).
Additionally (my first class problem), there is no fabric softener option and it doesn’t agitate strong enough to engage an inserted Downy Ball. You have to listen for the rinse cycle and manually add fabric softener every time.
The previous machine handled Fabric Softener. It was a change in our laundry habits.

The water heater went out: it went from a 50 gallon to a 48 gallon. Every little bit makes a difference.

I’m afraid to submit a work order for my fridge. It’s the original from when the building was built. Everyone around the complex says the fridge gets smaller when it gets replaced. Literally, our neighbors have warned us about when the fridge goes out. It’s an adjustment.
Our fridge only has two small shelves as it is. There is plenty of space for a larger fridge, but the extra $50 for an extra couple cubic feet must be too out of budget in order to maintain existing experiences.
Can I just throw in the extra cash for a more modern experience?!?

On a very positive note, the air conditioner went out and they had it replaced very quickly. It definitely works, albeit, I don’t think it keeps up as well as the old AC on the hotter days.

Also on a very positive experience, they do a good job at maintaining the grounds and keeping bugs out. The exterminators come and spray on a regular schedule.

Our neighbors are friendly.

I sincerely hope ownership/management doesn’t get stagnant because there is still plenty of maintenance that needs to be done around here and they need to start thinking about modernizing.
Doorbell Cameras, EV charging, efficient AC/Heating improvements and upgrades seem obvious, but requests for modernization have gone on deaf ears.”

Renovated: New paint (exterior) including balcony, railings, and apartment doors; new fencing, outdoor pool, regular lawn care, trees trimmed, hedges manicured; ample lighting, security camera at mailbox, quiet community (my building), garages offered (a fee) & covered carports for tenants, security guard patroling at night with flashing lights, gated entry with code, pleased with management & maintenance personnel,

No issues with A/C & Heating units, utility costs not so high, up-to-date kitchen appliances, washer & dryers, fixtures, new carpet, prompt responses to issues, pets allowed, emailed when repairs or temporary water shutoffs your building, and much more.

For me, it's home.”

“I visited the community with my roommate this weekend. though they did not have the floor plan we were interested in available to show, marrisa the assistant went out of her way to show pictures of the unit , and took us around the community for a feel. PLEASE KNOW: we do not live here and can not attest to how living is here. The reason I’m leaving a review is because nowadays customer service is terrible. The service we received Saturday was great but We received an email today … 3 days later from Marrisa just to tell us how she enjoyed us and will invite us back to see the unit we’re really interested in. If for no other reason, Marrisa has sold us on the community because customer service is very important to us. I’m with the other reviewers that say TALK TO HER ONLY. We had a great experience.”

“I have lived here for over 6 years and have enjoyed my “home”. I have had a great experience and anytime I have run into a challenge with something in my apartment maintenance is there very quickly. My dryer quit working on a Saturday and I needed to get laundry done for work the next week. The office staff offered to open up another empty apartment to use the dryer there while they got in touch with Zach, our fantastic maintenance guy, who drove in from over an hour away on Sunday and fixed my dryer. The front office staff is very helpful and supportive. Anytime I had questions they are very quick to return my call or reply to an email. In person they are good natured, friendly and just easy to talk or visit with. They do a lot of community building activities and have drop by days either before work or after work with simple things like donuts and OJ or bigger things like a taco bar. I feel very safe here and it is in a great location for restaurants, shopping, and schools. They also do a great job of recognizing improvements that need to be done. One year they redid all of the exterior lights on buildings, in interior hallways and parking lot lighting. It has been a significant, amazing change.
If you are looking for a new place to call home, I would highly recommend Chenal Pointe at The Divide.”
